Assembly Steps
- Turn on the lamp. Align the screw holes on the connectors with those on the extension stand and tighten the screws using the screwdriver.
- Connect the power cables of the light strip and the base.
- Insert the light strip into the slots of the stand in the indicated order.
- Plug the power adapter into the lamp base and connect it to a power outlet.
How to Use
Using the Floor Lamp:
Connecting to the "NEEWER Home" App:
- Download the "NEEWER Home" app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Open the app, tap the icon in the top right corner, and search for "NF01". Tap the device icon and follow the instructions to complete pairing.
- Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi routers with 802.11 b/g/n are supported. 5 GHz networks are not compatible.
Troubleshooting
- Lamp cannot be turned on:
- a. After plugging in the power, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, then press it once.
- b. Check if the contacts on the power cords are securely connected.
- Lamp cannot connect to the "NEEWER Home" app:
- a. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- b. The connection range is 20m. If the device is already added but unresponsive, remove it from the app and reconnect.
- c. Make sure your Wi-Fi router is set to 2.4 GHz and not 5 GHz.
- d. Ensure you entered the correct password during Wi-Fi setup.
Safety Precautions
- Do not drop or strike the product to avoid damage.
- Ensure all parts of the stand are securely fastened to prevent tipping.
- Do not heat the product, disassemble it, puncture it, or throw it into fire.
- Turn off the power when the product is not in use.
- Use only the supplied power adapter. Using incompatible adapters may cause fire or explosion.
