Assembly Instructions
- Align the screw holes on the connectors with those on the extension pole and use the screwdriver to fasten the screws.
- Connect the power cords of the light strip and the base unit.
- Insert the light strip into the grooves on the stand in the specified order.
- Connect the power adapter to the lamp base and plug it into an electrical outlet.
How to Use
Using the Floor Lamp with the NEEWER Home App:
- Download the NEEWER Home app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Enable Bluetooth on your phone. Open the app, tap the "+" icon in the top right corner, and search for "NF01". Tap the device icon and follow the instructions to complete pairing.
- Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi routers with 802.11 b/g/n are supported. 5GHz networks are not compatible.
Troubleshooting
- Lamp cannot be turned on:
- After connecting the power, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds, then press once.
- Check if the power cord connectors are securely attached.
- Lamp cannot connect to NEEWER Home App:
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
- Keep the connection area within 66ft/20m. If the device has already been added but is unresponsive, remove it from the app and reconnect.
- Make sure your Wi-Fi router is 2.4 GHz, not 5 GHz.
- Verify that you entered the correct password during Wi-Fi setup.
Precautions
- Do not drop or hit the product to avoid damage.
- Ensure the stand sections are securely fastened to prevent tipping.
- Do not heat, disassemble, puncture, or dispose of the product in fire.
- Turn off the power when not in use.
- Use only the provided power adapter. Using incompatible adapters may cause fire or explosion.
