Cooking Guide

Overloading:

  1. If the fryer is too full, cooking will be uneven.

Using Oil:

  1. Apply a small amount of cooking oil to enhance the crispiness of the food. Do not exceed 30 ml of oil.
  2. A small amount of cooking oil can be sprayed evenly on the surface of all foods.

Tips for Frying Food:

  1. All frozen foods and other ingredients that can be baked in an oven can be cooked in the air fryer.
  2. If you want to make cakes, handmade pies, or any other stuffed or fluffy delicacies, place the ingredients in a heat-resistant container and place it on the baking tray.
  3. Cooking high-fat foods will cause fat to drip to the bottom of the fryer. To avoid excessive oily smoke during frying, please place the drip tray at the bottom. After frying, pour out the remaining oil.
  4. Brined foods produce splattering and smoke. Therefore, they should be dried before frying.

Fries:

  1. Apply 8-15 mL of oil to improve crispiness.
  2. When making french fries from raw potatoes, soak the raw fries in water for 15 minutes before frying to remove starch. Before applying oil, dry the water with a towel.
  3. Cut raw fries into thinner pieces to improve crispiness. Try cutting fries into 0.6x7.6 cm strips.

Meat:

  1. Ensure that large pieces of meat are fully thawed before cooking.
  2. It is recommended to use a meat thermometer to ensure that the meat reaches the safe internal temperature for consumption. The following table is for checking the temperature of cooked meat.
