Cooking Guide
- Overfilling: Avoid overfilling the oven, as this leads to uneven cooking.
- Oil Usage: Use a small amount of cooking oil (up to 30ml) to enhance food crispiness. Spread it evenly.
- Frying Tips:
- The oven can cook frozen foods and other items suitable for baking.
- For pastries or pies, place ingredients in a heat-resistant container on the baking tray.
- Fat from high-fat foods will drip to the bottom. Use the protective tray to catch it and prevent excessive smoke. Pour out collected oil after frying.
- For pickled foods, remove excess water before frying to prevent splattering and smoke.
French Fries Preparation
- Apply 8-15ml of oil for better crispiness.
- For raw potatoes, soak them in water for 15 minutes to remove starch, then dry thoroughly with a towel.
- Cut raw potatoes into thinner strips (approx. 0.6x7.6 cm) for crispier results.
