Assembly Steps

Step 1: Assemble the Base

Connect the five legs to the central hub of the chair base. Ensure each leg is firmly attached.

Step 2: Attach Gas Lift Cylinder to Base

Secure the central part of the base to the gas lift cylinder using screws (122898, 122900, 123071, 10068195) and washers (100842). Use the Allen key (124345) for tightening.

Step 3: Insert Castors

Insert the five castors (10069834) into the ends of the chair base legs.

Step 4: Prepare Gas Lift Cylinder

Remove the protective cap from the top of the gas lift cylinder. Dispose of the cap responsibly (♻️).

Step 5: Mount Gas Lift Cylinder

Place the gas lift cylinder into the center of the assembled chair base.

Step 6: Attach Seat Mechanism

Fasten the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat using 4x screws (122900).

Step 7: Attach Armrests

Attach the armrests to the seat mechanism using 1x screw (122900).

Step 8: Attach Backrest Support Arms

Connect the backrest support arms to the armrests using 2x screws (153693).

Step 9: Attach Backrest Support Arms (Continued)

Continue attaching the backrest support arms to the armrests using 2x screws (153693).

Step 10: Attach Backrest to Seat Assembly

Connect the backrest to the seat assembly using 1x screw (10068195).

Step 11: Secure Backrest to Seat Assembly

Secure the backrest to the seat assembly using 1x screw (10068195).

Step 12: Attach Seat Assembly to Gas Lift

Place the assembled seat and backrest unit onto the gas lift cylinder. Secure it using 1x screw (123071).

Step 13: Finalize Seat Assembly Connection

Use the Allen key (124345) to tighten the screws securing the seat assembly to the gas lift cylinder.

Step 14: Attach Backrest

Connect the backrest to the main seat structure.

Step 15: Secure Backrest

Fasten the backrest using 1x screw (10068195).

Step 16: Attach Armrest Support

Attach the armrest support to the backrest using 1x screw (123071).

Step 17: Secure Armrest Support

Use the Allen key (124345) to tighten the screws for the armrest support.

Step 18: Attach Armrest

Connect the armrest to the backrest support using 4x screws (123071).

Step 19: Mount Seat Assembly onto Base

Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest unit onto the gas lift cylinder already attached to the chair base.
