Precautions for Safe Usage

  1. The input voltage of this product is 120V~60Hz. Please check before use.
  2. Disconnect the power supply before removing, installing, or adjusting any part. If the juicing assembly is difficult to disassemble, turn the knob to REV and wait for the screw propeller to reverse for a few seconds before disconnecting power.
  3. This product uses an X-connection. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similarly specialized personnel to avoid danger.
  4. Before use, check the power cord, plug, juice net, screw propeller, juice body, and other parts for damage. If damaged, stop using the product and contact customer service. Do not disassemble or repair it yourself.
  5. If the product needs repair, contact customer service or the company's designated repair point. Do not disassemble it yourself.
  6. Before turning on the power, ensure that removable parts like the juicing body, screw propeller, juice net, and juicing body cover are installed correctly.
  7. When the product is working, strictly prohibit putting hands or sharp objects into the feed opening to touch rotating parts like the screw propeller. To avoid injury or product damage, do not use any object to replace the pusher bar.
  8. Strictly prohibit putting your eyes close to the feed opening to prevent accidents.
  9. Ingredients should be cut into small pieces to fit the inlet. Remove cores, hard seeds, thick skins, or hard shells before processing.
  10. When adding ingredients, do not push with excessive force to avoid damaging accessories.
  11. Staining on the juice net, juice body cover, screw propeller, and other accessories after use is normal and does not affect consumption or health.
  12. The product has an intelligent protection chip that automatically stops after 15 minutes of continuous work. Allow the motor to cool for 40 minutes before resuming use.
  13. The product is designed with current limitation. When processing hard ingredients, the motor may block, causing the current to rise. If the current exceeds 2A, the machine will beep and stop to protect the motor from overcurrent.
  14. If the motor's overheating protection stops the operation, allow it to rest for 50-60 minutes until it cools down before continuing.
  15. After use, turn the knob to '0'. The motor will stop and automatically reverse for 1 second. Wait for the motor and screw propeller to stop rotating completely before disconnecting the power supply and removing detachable parts.
  16. Accessories are not allowed to be sterilized by hot water over 80°C or in a microwave oven to avoid heat deformation and damage. Parts in contact with ingredients comply with food hygiene certification.
  17. Do not put the main body into water or rinse it under water or other liquids.
  18. Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or caustic liquids (like gasoline or acetone) for cleaning.
  19. The product should be stored out of reach of children and not be used or played with by persons (including children) who are physically or mentally impaired or lack relevant experience and knowledge.
  20. This product is intended for personal or household use only.

12Juice Body Cover SealPut it into the slot corresponding to the juicing cover and cooperate with the juicing body to prevent the juice in the inner cavity of the juicing body from overflowing outside.
13Slag Outlet SiliconeIt is placed in the slot for the slag outlet insert to guide the fruit residue out of the slag outlet channel.
14Slag Outlet InsertsPlaced into the juice body inside the outlet channel; removable parts, convenient for users to clean the outlet channel.

Instruction manual for power switch (gear) operation: [Diagram description: A visual showing the power switch with positions for ON, OFF, and REV.]

1. Use of the product

  1. Juicing Assembly:
    • Make sure the seal ring in the middle of the juicer is installed correctly.
    • Place the spiral propeller into the juicer assembly and align it correctly. The lever of the lock ring should align with the lock icon on the juicer body once installed.
  2. Pulpy Outlet:
    • Place the pulpy outlet silicone into the corresponding groove of the pulpy outlet component.
    • Secure the pulpy outlet component within the juice body's pulpy outlet passage.
  3. Juicing Body Assembly: Align the juicing body with the corresponding slot on the machine, then push it down until it can't go any further. If it doesn't reach the bottom, gently twist the spiral propeller to help it seat correctly.
  4. Juice Net Insertion: Insert the juice net into the slot inside the juicer, ensuring it is aligned properly.
  5. Juicer Lid Attachment: Align the four latches of the juicer lid with the four latches on the juicer body. The triangle mark on the juicer lid should align with the unlock mark on the juicer body. Push the lid down and twist clockwise to securely fasten it to the juicer body. The triangle symbol on the lid should align with the lock symbol on the juicer body.
  6. Cup Placement:
    • Check if the juicer cup holder has been properly installed on the main unit.
    • Position the juice cup and the pulp cup at the corresponding places on the unit, ensuring their openings align directly under the juice spout and pulp outlet, respectively.
  7. Juice Outlet Check: Ensure the juice outlet is in the open position by rotating the lever to the far right, which opens the juice outlet cover.
  8. Power Up: The juicer is now ready for work. Ensure the switch is off before powering up.
  9. Ingredient Preparation: Rinse fruits and vegetables and cut them into pieces that fit the feeding chute. For fruits and vegetables with pits, hard seeds, thick skin, or hard shells, please remove these first. Note: Sugarcane, passion fruit, pomegranate, mango, and lemon cannot be juiced using this machine.
  10. Adding Ingredients: Open the lid, place chopped ingredients into the juicer's body cavity. You can also insert food through the small circular hole in the middle even with the lid closed.
  11. Operation: Turn the power switch to the "ON" position (align the indicator slot with the "ON" position). The product starts to operate. The maximum operating time is ≤10 minutes. Do not touch the power switch with wet hands to avoid electric shock, leakage, or fire.
  12. Juicing Speed and Safety: To accelerate juicing speed, use the push rod to insert ingredients. Do not exert excessive force. Never put fingers or other objects into the feeding tube. If the pulp cup or juice cup is full, stop operation, clean them, and then resume.
  13. Completion: When ingredients are thoroughly processed and no more juice is coming out, switch the power to the '0' setting. The motor will stop and automatically reverse for 1 second. Wait until the auger completely stops rotating. Twist the rod to cover the juice outlet, then remove the juice cup. Drink freshly juiced juice immediately for best taste and nutritional value. Do not store waste for long. Remember not to touch the power switch with wet hands.

2. Fruit selection tips

  1. Opt for fresh fruits and vegetables for more juice. Suitable options include celery stalks, apples, watermelons, pears, carrots, oranges, and tangerines.
  2. Peel only the thicker skins of fruits like tangerines and watermelons. Remove seeds from citrus fruits to avoid bitterness.
  3. The concentration of juice from apples depends on the variety. Juicier apples yield clearer juice.
  4. To slow the browning of freshly squeezed apple juice, add a few drops of lemon juice.

Care and maintenance

  1. Turn off the switch and unplug the product before cleaning.
  2. Wash the product promptly after use.
  3. Do not wash the machine with water. Wipe stains clean with a damp cloth or cotton cloth.
  4. Ensure the product is clean and dry before storing.
  5. Disassembly steps for cleaning:
    1. Rotate the lever to the far left to close the juice outlet.
    2. Remove the plunger, juice cup, and pulp cup.
    3. Remove the juice body and the juice body lid component from the machine together.
    4. Sequentially remove the juicer lid, juice net, and pulp outlet parts. Each detachable part can be rinsed clean with fresh water.
    5. Align the lock ring lever to the unlock icon on the juicer body with one hand, then use the other hand to pull the auger, causing it to separate from the juicer body.
