Important

To avoid injury, read and understand the entire owner's manual before using this appliance.

Important Safeguards

  • When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following.
  • Read All Instructions Before Use And Save For Future Reference.
  • The input voltage of this appliance is AC120V~50Hz. Please confirm it before use.
  • Unplug the appliance from outlet before assembling, before taking off parts, before cleaning and when storing the appliance.
  • Do not operate appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions has been damaged in any manner. If there is anything wrong, contact SIFENE for adjustment or replacement.
  • Always ensure the appliance is completely assembled before connecting to the power.
  • Outlet and operating. The appliance will not turn on unless properly assembled. Follow the instructions provided in this book.
  • Do not put fingers or sharp objects into the feed chute while it is in operation. Do not use any object to replace the pusher. Do not keep eyes close to the feed chute to prevent accidents.
  • The appliance is equipped with a smart protection chip. It will automatically reverse and stop after 20 minutes of continuous operation. Please make it stop working for 20-30 minutes. After the main body (motor) cools down, the appliance can be used again. This extends the life of the appliance and maintains good performance.
  • The appliance has a limited current design. When the current exceeds 1.5A, the machine will automatically reverse for a few seconds before stopping. This protects the main body (motor) from over current and extends its life.
  • The main body (motor) has an overheat protection function. When it continues to work for too long or with too large a load and the temperature rises to 70℃, the thermal protector of the motor will automatically disconnect the power supply. “E0” will be shown on screen. Let the main body (motor) rest for 20-30 minutes; the appliance can be used after it has cooled down. This extends the life of the product and maintains good performance.
  • To disconnect, press OFF then remove the plug from the wall outlet.
  • Make sure the main body (motor) stops completely before disassembling.
  • No idling. If the appliance is operated without ingredients or liquid, the noise will increase and can cause damage.
  • No overloading. Overloading shortens the life time and degrades performance. It also causes too much pulp inside, making disassembling and cleaning more difficult. Overloading may cause appliance damage.
  • After fruits and vegetables are squeezed, the juice screen, drum lid, auger, and other components may become dyed. This is normal and does not affect use or health.
  • All parts of the appliance are not allowed to be disinfected with hot water or microwave.
  • Do not use in an oven over 80 °C to avoid damage from heat deformation. The materials in contact with ingredients comply with food hygiene certification, are clean, hygienic, and reliable.
  • Do not immerse the cord plug or main body (motor) in water or other liquids, or rinse it with water or any other liquids to avoid damaging the body.
  • Do not use steel wool, abrasive cleaners, or corrosive liquids such as benzine or acetone to clean the product.
  • Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
  • This appliance is for personal or household use only, not for commercial use.
  • This appliance is a Class I electrical appliance, and the grounding wire of the socket must be well grounded.

How To Assemble

Wash all parts except the 1 main body before first use. Refer to the section "Care And Cleaning".

Ensure that the compression silicone is assembled properly in case of any juice leak.

Step 1

Firmly insert the compression silicone into the slot below the 4 pulp outlet. This silicone provides a slope to let pulp go out. It makes the 4 pulp outlet easier to clean. Ensure it is firmly inserted to prevent leaks.

Push the silicone into the slot. Juice may leak if not assembled properly.

Step 2

There are 3 convex parts on the 11 main body, one of which has a silver dot. There are 3 concave parts at the bottom of the 3 juice container, one of which is marked with a silver dot. Align the two silver dots, then place the 3 juice container on the main body.

Step 3

Put the 2 juice screen into the 3 juice container, ensuring the dot on the 2 juice screen aligns with the dot on the 3 juice container.

Step 4

Place the 1 auger into the 2 juice screen. Turn and press it down until the 1 auger clicks into place.

Important: The 1 auger needs to be locked in place for the 10 drum lid to close. Otherwise, the appliance cannot start.

Step 5

Place the 10 drum lid onto the 3 juice container, aligning the silver dot on the drum lid with the dot on the juice container. Turn clockwise to close, aligning the arrow on the drum lid with the dot on the container.

The appliance cannot turn on if the drum lid is not assembled properly.

Step 6

Place the juice/pulp cup separately under the juice outlet and pulp outlet.

Ensure the cap is closed when the 6 juice / 7 pulp cup is full or moved away.

Please check if the 6 juice / 7 pulp container is full.

Operating Instructions

Step 1

Plug the power cord into a grounded wall outlet after preparing the ingredients.

When plugged in, the appliance beeps and the screen lights up for 1-2 seconds.

WARNING

Electrical Shock Hazard

DO NOT touch the power cord with wet hands.

MAKE SURE the switch is off before turning on the power.

Step 2

Press the ON/OFF button to turn the appliance on.

  • FORWARD: Pulls down and squeezes ingredients slowly. The screen shows a clockwise spinning flash when working.
  • Please use the 14 Pusher to press ingredients down rather than fingers to avoid injury when needed.
  • REVERSE: Pushes ingredients back up if stuck. The REVERSE mode lasts for 6 seconds only. Press FORWARD to restart.
  • ON/OFF: Starts / Stops operation.

Please do not keep the appliance working for more than 20 minutes, otherwise it may cause motor damage. Do not idle or overload to avoid damage.

Step 3

Insert the prepared ingredients one by one.

Fibrous leafy vegetables
  • Celery: Cut into short pieces. If the bottom part is cut by the auger and the top part cannot be pulled down, use the pusher or add more celery.
  • Parsley: Parsley is not recommended for this juicer as it may cause it to get stuck.
  • Kale: Cut into small pieces.
  • Wheat grass: Feed in small bundles.
  • For other fibrous leafy vegetables with thick or tough peel, remove the peel first. Otherwise, the appliance may not perform optimally, and the juice taste may be affected.
Succulent vegetables and fruits

For succulent vegetables and fruits like apple, pineapple, and orange, insert them slowly into the 10 drum lid. This prevents juice from coming out too fast, which can cause pulp to heap up on the edge of the 10 drum lid and 1 auger. This affects juice yield and causes waste. If this happens, use the reverse function to help pulp drop down. Adding more vegetables or fruits can also help.

Soft and succulent vegetables and fruits

Fruits like tomato, watermelon, and grape are soft. It is normal for the pulp to contain a small percentage of juice after masticating.

No sour fruit or vegetables

Sour fruits or vegetables like LEMON are not allowed as the acidic juice may damage the appliance.

Tips of using Smart cap

Use the pusher only when necessary.

  • After juicing, close the 5 Smart cap promptly to stop juice from dripping, especially when the 6 juice cup is removed.
  • Keep the smart cap open before squeezing. Otherwise, excessive foam may mix into the juice (e.g., apples, celery).
  • Do not forget to release the smart cap. Juice may overflow if it exceeds the juicing container's capacity, and pulp may mix into the juice.

Small feeder chute

Wide feeder chute

Step 5

Switch the juicer OFF after juice and pulp are completely extracted.

After each extraction, run the appliance for an additional 30 seconds to ensure all pulp is extracted. This makes it easier to open the 10 drum lid.

WARNING

Always turn off the switch and disconnect the power before cleaning the product.

Please clean the product in time after use.

The main body must not be washed with water. Wipe stains with a wrung rag or cotton cloth.

Before storing, ensure the product is clean and dry.

Step 1

Switch OFF and unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.

Step 2

Anticlockwise rotate the 10 drum lid to remove it from the 3 juice container.

  • When moving the appliance, do not lift by grabbing the 10 drum lid. Always lift by the base or handle.
  • If the 10 Drum Lid is difficult to remove from the 3 Juice Container after juicing, use the reverse function for more than 5 seconds to assist disassembly. Contact support@sifene.com if the issue persists. Forcing disassembly may cause personal injury.

Care And Cleaning

Step 3

Take off the 1 auger and 2 juice screen

Turn right and left while pulling the 1 auger from the 2 juice screen, then take the 2 juice screen from the 3 juice container.

When pulling out the 1 auger, apply force slowly to prevent it from coming out suddenly and causing injury.

Step 4

Clean with provided 13 Cleaning brush
  1. Sink all parts (except the 11 Main body) in water for a few minutes. This makes cleaning easier.
  2. Clean Juice container
Unplug the compression silicone. Use the end part of the 13 cleaning brush to remove most pulp from the 4 outlet. Use the brush to clean the 5 juice outlet. Use the end part of the 13 cleaning brush to remove pulp from the gap at the bottom of the 3 juice container. Rinse the 3 Juice container with water. Clean the pulp under the silicone using the cleaning brush.
  3. Clean Juice screen
Use the end part of the 13 cleaning brush to remove pulp from the stainless steel net. Use the 13 cleaning brush to clean remaining pulp under running water. Clean the juicer immediately after each use. Dried residue makes disassembly and cleaning difficult and can negatively impact future performance. Remember to reinsert the compression silicone before the next use.
  4. Clean Auger
Under running water, clean the outside of the auger with a non-abrasive sponge. Use the tip of the cleaning brush to remove residue from the crevices on the bottom of the auger.

Please do not use a dishwasher to wash all parts.

Troubleshooting

Problem: The Appliance Can Not Work

Easy Solution
  • Check if the power cord is plugged in correctly.
  • Check if the 10 drum lid is assembled correctly. Refer to ASSEMBLE section: Step 2, Step 3, Step 4, & Step 5 (Page 5-7). The appliance only starts if properly assembled for safety.
  • Ensure all parts are assembled according to the instructions in the "HOW TO ASSEMBLE" section.
  • If the appliance still does not work, contact SIFENE Customer Service via email at support@sifene.com for additional support. Providing high-resolution pictures or videos is helpful.

Problem: The Appliance Stops During Normal Operation

Easy Solution
  • Check if the power cord is plugged in correctly.
  • Check if the stoppage is caused by low voltage. Ensure the voltage is rated at 120V~.
  • If too many ingredients are inserted at once, the appliance may stop. Step 1: Press the REVERSE button to return ingredients. Reverse stops after 6 seconds. Step 2: Press FORWARD to check if the appliance works. Repeat Step 1 if necessary.
  • If the appliance stops after prolonged continuous operation, it might be due to overheating protection (screen shows “EO”, motor stops). Turn off the appliance and restart after resting for over 30 minutes.

Problem: Difficult To Take Off Drum Lid From Juice Container Once Finish Squeezing

Easy Solution

Do not pack too much pulp into the 10 drum lid to avoid sticking. Start the reverse function for more than 5 seconds to assist disassembly.

If the above method does not help, contact SIFENE Customer Service: support@sifene.com. Forcing disassembly can cause personal injury.

Problem: Abnormal Noise From The Appliance

Easy Solution
  • Check if all parts (1 auger, 2 juice screen, 3 juice container, 10 drum lid) are assembled correctly. Reassemble all parts properly.
  • If the 1 auger was removed mid-juicing, pulp may leak into gaps. Re-installation may cause abnormal noise. Do not remove the 1 auger while juicing is in progress.
  • Noise may occur due to idling or overloading. Do not start the juicer without ingredients or liquid. Friction noise from the auger and juice screen will disappear when ingredients are added.
  • Do not overload. Overloading with too many, too large, too long ingredients, insufficient liquid, or too much crude fiber can increase noise. Refer to OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS - Step 3 (Page 8) for ingredient preparation.
  • Noise can occur if the juicer is operated on an uneven or slanted surface. Place the juicer on a horizontally flat surface.
  • Apple peels can also cause noise as they rub against the drum lid and auger.
