- Assemble Seat: Locate seat base. From the rear of the seat base, remove the metal hinge rod. Press the latch down and slide the rod out.
- Intersect the seat base with the seat back at the joint. Press the latch down to insert the hinge rod through the seat back and seat base. Slide the rod firmly until it stops. Ensure the latch is moved up to secure the rod and seat in place.

Attach and Use Tray
Always check chair is locked open before use. The tray is not designed to hold the child; the child must be secured by the 5-point restraint system.
- Align the grooves on the bottom of the tray with the armrests. Squeeze the tray release handle and slide the tray onto the armrests. The tray has a 3-position adjustment; adjust by squeezing the handle located underneath the tray.
- The dishwasher-safe Tray Insert snaps onto the High Chair Tray and is held by tabs. Ensure it is snapped in place to prevent the child from removing it.

Operation
Using the Safety Belt
It is recommended that only children capable of sitting upright unassisted use the high chair in the upright position.
Prevent serious injury or death from falls or sliding out. Always use the restraint system. The child should be secured at all times by the 5-point restraining system.
Adjusting Harness: The shoulder straps have 2 attachment positions. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below, the top of the child's shoulder. Carefully place the child in the seat and position the safety harness around the child's waist and over the shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male end of each shoulder/waist belt into the buckle on the crotch strap. Tighten the harness to be snug around the child's waist and over the child's shoulders.
To Release Belt: Push the button on the center clasp; the two harness buckles will pop free.
Reclining the Seat
Squeeze the recline lever on the back of the seat and adjust to the preferred recline or upright position. Use caution not to trap arms, hands, or fingers when adjusting recline positions.
Adjusting Seat Height
WARNING: Do not adjust seat height with child in seat. Adjust seat height before placing your child in the high chair.
WARNING: Verify that the height adjustment bracket is level and both left and right sides are locked before placing child in the high chair.
WARNING: Never rest the height adjustment bracket on the locking pins.
Squeeze the Release Handles on both sides simultaneously and adjust to the ideal position. DO NOT adjust with child in the seat.
ATTENTION: Make sure the Height Brackets lock on the lowest position. DO NOT rest Height Adjustment Brackets on the Locking Pins.
Brakes
To engage brakes, apply downward pressure to the brake tabs. Check that the High Chair will not move and that brakes are properly applied. To release, lift up on the brake tabs.
Folding and Unfolding the High Chair
The high chair can be folded with the seat in any height position.
To Fold High Chair: Place seat in desired height position. Place Seat Back in the most upright position. Squeeze the tray release handle and slide the tray out. Hang the tray on the hooks located on the back of the rear leg. Pull upward on the release levers (on the sides of the frame) and push the rear legs in the direction of the front legs until folded. The chair is now ready to put away. DO NOT allow your child to play around a folded high chair as it may fall.
To Unfold High Chair: Read the warning and illustration, then reverse the folding steps. WARNING: Do not sit on the frame when the seat is not attached. Do not use frame as a foot stool. Potential pinch point when opening the frame.
Attaching and Removing Seat Pad
Thread the non-buckle end of harness straps (Harness Attachment Tabs) through the provided slots in the Seat Fabric, Seat Insert, Seat Back, and Seat Base. Rotate the tabs 90 degrees to ensure they are firmly in place. Loop the flap on the back of the pad over the top of the Seat Back. Connect the Seat Pad to the Seat Back with the two Elastic Loops, fitting them over the Attachment Tabs. Attach the bottom of the Seat Pad to the Seat Base with the two Elastic loops, fitting them over the Attachment Tabs on the Seat Base.
Optional Seat Insert: Set Seat Insert onto Seat Pad.
To Remove Seat Pad: Reverse the attachment steps.
