Product Overview
This document provides information on the JABLOTRON JA-110P PET, a bus system motion detector from JABLOTRON. It is designed for detecting human movement within buildings and features modified detection characteristics with basic immunity to domestic animals. This immunity allows the detector to ignore the movement of small animals weighing up to approximately 25 kg and with a maximum height of 40 cm, preventing false alarms caused by pets.
The detector operates on a pulse reaction basis and occupies a system position. Installation should be performed by a qualified technician holding a valid certificate issued by an authorized distributor.
Installation
[Important] Always switch off the system before connecting the detector to the bus.
- Open the detector cover by pressing the tab (5). Avoid touching the internal PIR sensor (11) to prevent damage.
- Extract the PCB; it is held by a tab (3).
- Drill holes for screws and the cable in the plastic base. The recommended installation height is 2 meters from the floor.
- Insert the bus cable and fix the plastic base to the wall using screws. Ensure the cover tab faces downwards for vertical installation.
- Reinsert the PCB and connect the cables to the terminals (8).
- Proceed according to the control panel installation manual.
