Zebra ZC100/ZC300 Series Card Printer Setup

This guide provides essential information for setting up your Zebra ZC100 or ZC300 series card printer.

Power Connection

Connect the power adapter to the printer and a power outlet. The power adapter supports 100-240 VAC, 50/60 Hz.

  • Output: 24 VDC, 100 W

Connections:

  • Connect the 24 VDC output from the power adapter to the printer's power port.
  • Connect the USB cable to the printer and your computer.

  • Printing Single Card: The indicator shows when a single card is being fed.
  • Manual Card Feed: Indicates manual card feeding is active.
  • Card Error: Signifies a card jam or issue with card feeding. May require cleaning.
  • Ribbon Error: Indicates a problem with the ribbon, possibly requiring cleaning.
  • Power Off: The power light is off.
