LDAC Audio Codec
For high-fidelity audio, enable the LDAC codec.
- Requires devices running Android 8.0 or later.

- Ensure a stable Bluetooth connection by using LDAC in environments with low interference.
To enable LDAC:
- Go to Settings in the Soundcore app.
- Tap "Sound Mode."
- Select "Preferred audio quality" to switch to the LDAC codec.
- You will be notified if LDAC is not supported when connected to two devices. Select "Turn On" to proceed.
- Switching audio codecs takes approximately 10 seconds. A firmware update may be required.
Note: When LDAC is enabled, the earbuds may not be able to connect to other devices simultaneously. Enabling LDAC increases power consumption and may occasionally lead to connection instability.
Powering Off
Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid. The earbuds will automatically power off after 30 minutes if they are not connected to a device. This auto-off duration can be adjusted in the Soundcore app.
