Before You Begin

Please identify all component parts and hardware pieces required before you begin. Carefully remove all of the components from the packaging and set aside for assembly. Assemble on a soft surface to prevent scratching during assembly.

Caution:

Tighten all components securely before use. Failure to do so may result in personal injury. DO NOT use any sharp objects to open plastic wrapped components as damage to product or components may result.

Warning:

⚠️ CHOKING HAZARD - Small Parts. ?‍? Adult Assembly Required. ?? DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN TO CLIMB ON FURNITURE. Serious or fatal injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. You must install Tipping Restraint Hardware (where included) to help prevent the unit from tipping and causing accidental injury, instability, death or damage. The tipping restraint is intended only as a safety measure, it is not a substitute for proper adult supervision. To help prevent furniture from tipping over it must be permanently attached to the wall. Anti-Tip Safety Wall Straps suitable for the unit weight and wall materials (if not included) should be purchased and installed.

Assembly Instructions

1. Lay the carton flat on the floor and carefully cut it open. (Description: An illustration of a cardboard box being cut open.)
2. Take off the carton and place the Bed Platform (Part A) on the floor. (Description: An illustration of the bed platform being placed on the floor, still in its packaging.)
3. Remove and discard the plastic bag then unfold the bed platform. (Description: An illustration of the bed platform being unfolded.)
4. Cut the zip ties, take out all the part boxes and the mattress rail, and check that you have all the necessary parts according to the parts list. (Description: Two illustrations showing hands cutting zip ties and checking parts against the list.)
5. Insert the (6) Legs (Part C) into the appropriate receiver holes and turn clockwise to tighten. (Description: An illustration of a leg being screwed into the underside of the bed platform.)
6. Connect the DC Extension Cable (Part G) to the control box on the bed platform then connect the other end to the Power Supply Box (Part E). Connect the Power Cord (Part F) to the other side of the Power Supply Box and plug the other end into a nearby power outlet. 7. Insert (2) AAA Batteries (Part H) into the Remote Control (Part D) and press any button. If the motor begins to run, unplug the power supply and turn the bed over to the right side-up position. If the motor does not run, re-match the code.

   Matching Code:

   Method 1: Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, then plug in the power cord again. The blue light on the control box should light up. Simultaneously press and hold the head up and head down buttons on the remote control. When the white backlight flashes, release the buttons. If the code matches, the blue light on the control box will turn green. If this method does not match the code, please try method 2.

   Method 2: Press the “PAIR” button on the control box to light up the blue light. Simultaneously press and hold the head up and head down buttons on the remote control. When the white backlight flashes, release the buttons. If the code matches, the blue light on the control box will turn green. 8. Insert the Mattress Rail (Part B) into the holes at the foot of the bed. (Description: An illustration showing the mattress rail being attached to the bed frame.)

Remote Control and Functions

The remote control allows for adjustment of the bed's positions and features.

• Head Up: Press and hold to raise the backrest. Let go when the desired position is reached. (Description: Icon showing head raising.)
• Foot Up: Press and hold to raise the footrest. Let go when the desired position is reached. (Description: Icon showing foot raising.)
• FLAT: Press FLAT button to flatten bed. (Description: Button labeled FLAT.)
• Foot Down: Press and hold to lower the footrest. Let go when the desired position is reached. (Description: Icon showing foot lowering.)
• Head Down: Press and hold to lower the backrest. Let go when the desired position is reached. (Description: Icon showing head lowering.)
• ZG (Zero Gravity Position): Click to set a zero gravity position. Position Angle: HEAD-16°, FOOT-35°. (Description: Button labeled ZG.)
• M (Programmable Position Memory): Click to set a user-defined position. (Description: Button labeled M.)

Memory Setting:

Setting a custom memory position:

1. Press the FLAT button to flatten the bed.
2. Adjust the bed to your preferred position by pressing the head and foot up/down buttons.

Split King/Dual Twin XL Sync Instructions

Instructions for synchronizing two adjustable bed bases to operate with a single remote.

Method 1:

1. Place (2) Twin XL bases side by side.
2. With one remote, match the code for one bed. Follow the steps in the matching code section. Press and hold the head up/head down buttons simultaneously.
3. Use the same remote to match code for the other bed. Follow the steps in the matching code section but press and hold the foot up/foot down buttons simultaneously.

Method 2:

1. Place (2) Twin XL bases side by side.
2. Using a sync cable (Not Included) connect one bed to another.
3. Make sure that you plug the crystal head of the sync cable into the port marked on "SYNC" on the control box.
4. With one remote, match the code for one bed. Follow the steps in the matching code section. Just code for one bed.

Troubleshooting

If you experience problems with your adjustable bed, please follow these steps:

1. Press any button on the remote control to see whether the blue backlight is bright. If it's dim or does not light, check the battery.
2. Check the green power indicator light on the power supply. If it's not lit, check the power outlet.
3. Check for loose wires or connectors.
4. Check if the adjustable beds are assembled according to the above steps.
