Assembly Notes

1. Tighten screws to 50% before fixing all screws. An Allen wrench is recommended instead of an electric drill.
2. Place the item on a flat ground to adjust and ensure it remains stable.
3. Gradually tighten all screws with tools.
4. If screws are not aligned with holes during assembly, loosen the other screws to 50% and continue the assembly process.
5. If the item is not stable, loosen all screws, adjust it on a flat ground, and tighten all screws again.
6. Note: If some screws are fully tightened during assembly, the others may not align with holes. All holes are designed to be relatively larger to provide more space for screw adjustment.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Connect Back Chaise Frame (E) & Support Back Frame (F)

Connect Back Chaise Frame (E) and Support Back Frame (F). Tighten Bolt (2) [x2], Flat Washer (5) [x4], Washer (6) [x2], Nut (4) [x2] with Allen Key (7) and Key (8).

Step 2: Connect Seat Chaise Frame (A) & Right Armrest Frame (C)

Connect Seat Chaise Frame (A) and Right Armrest Frame (C). Tighten Bolt (3) [x4], Flat Washer (5) [x4] with Allen Key (7).

Step 3: Connect Seat Chaise Frame Assembly & Support Armrest Frame (H)

Connect the part from Step 2 and Support Armrest Frame (H). Tighten Bolt (1) [x2], Flat Washer (5) [x2] with Allen Key (7).

Step 4: Connect Assembly & Behind Frame (G)

Connect the part from Step 3 and Behind Frame (G). Tighten Bolt (2) [x2], Flat Washer (5) [x2] with Allen Key (7).

Step 5: Connect Assembly & Left Armrest Frame (D)

Connect the part from Step 4 and Left Armrest Frame (D). Tighten Bolt (2) [x2], Bolt (3) [x4], Bolt (1) [x2], Flat Washer (5) [x8] with Allen Key (7).

Step 6: Connect Assembly from Step 1 & Step 5

Connect the part from Step 1 and Step 5. Tighten Bolt (1) [x4], Flat Washer (5) [x4] with Allen Key (7).

Step 7: Attach Chaise Cushion and Finalize

Put the Chaise Lounger upright and ensure all legs are level. Firmly tighten all bolts with Allen Key (7). Attach the Chaise Cushion (B) to the Chaise Lounger. Knot the string to the Chaise Lounger to finish.
