Important Safety Instructions
⚠️ DANGER: Risk of accidental drowning. Ensure children are supervised at all times.

⚠️ WARNING: Plug must be more than 3.5m away from the pool. Do not use spray heads. Do not connect to taps or fittings other than specified. Follow local electrical standards. Do not use during rain ?. Supervise children closely. Lock ? the spa cover when not in use. Do not bury cords. Keep pets away. Open cover before bubble function ?. Do not operate if water ? is frozen. Use only approved accessories.
⚠️ WARNING: RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK ⚡. Connect a minimum 6 AWG copper conductor to bonding lugs for metal equipment, enclosures, or pipes within 5 feet (1.5m).
⚠️ WARNING: Never operate electrical appliances when wet or in the spa. Keep appliances away (within 1.5m). During pregnancy, limit use to 10 minutes and water temperature ?️ to 100°F (38°C) to avoid fetal damage.
⚠️ WARNING: Do not expose spa to direct sunshine ☀️.
⚠️ WARNING: GFCI ⚡ testing procedure: Plug in, check RESET indicator, press TEST (indicator should turn off), press RESET (indicator should turn red).
? NOTE: If GFCI ⚡ fails, do not use the spa and contact a qualified electrician.
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY:
- Water temperature ?️: Max 104°F (40°C). Safe for adults: 100°F (38°C) - 104°F (40°C). Lower for children or extended use.
- Pregnancy: Limit temperature ?️ to 100°F (38°C).
- Measure water temperature ?️ with an accurate thermometer.
- Avoid alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs judgment.
- Consult a physician if you have medical conditions (heart disease, blood pressure, diabetes, etc.).
- Medication may cause drowsiness or affect vital signs.
Grounding and Bonding
Connect the green/G/GR/Ground terminal to the grounding means in the electric supply panel using a continuous copper wire equivalent to circuit conductors.
Connect "BONDING LUGS" to the local common bonding grid with a No. 6 AWG copper conductor for all field-installed metal components within 3m of the spa.

- Water temperature ?️ in excess of 100°F (38°C) may be injurious.
- Measure water temperature ?️ before entering.
- Do not use after strenuous exercise.
- Prolonged immersion may be injurious.
- Keep electrical appliances away (within 1.5m).
- Maintain water chemistry per manufacturer's instructions.
Hyperthermia: Symptoms include drowsiness, lethargy, increased internal body temperature ?️, unawareness of hazard, failure to perceive heat, inability to exit, fetal damage, unconsciousness, and drowning risk.
⚠️ WARNING: Alcohol or drugs increase the risk of fatal hyperthermia.
⚠️ WARNING: Never pour water ? higher than 104°F (40°C) into the spa.
Warning Label Instruction: Read and post warning labels clearly visible from the spa.
⚠️ CAUTION: Consult your physician.
- Do not set up or leave out in temperatures ?️ below 39°F (4°C).
- Do not use the spa alone.
- People with infectious diseases should not use the spa.
- Do not use immediately following strenuous exercise.
- Enter and exit slowly and cautiously; surfaces are slippery.
- Never operate the pump unless the spa is filled with water ?.
- Leave immediately if uncomfortable or sleepy.
- Always add chemicals to water ?, not water ? to chemicals.
- Place on a surface that can withstand the spa's floor loading.

First Use and Setup Preparation
Site Preparation and Requirements
- Installation time: approx. 10 minutes. For household use only.
- Surface: Flat, smooth, supporting surface capable of bearing the maximum load. Consult a contractor if unsure.
- Area: Free of sharp objects. Level the surface.
- Drainage: Provide adequate drainage for overflow and splashes.
- Water Supply: Comply with local regulations.
- Clearance: Ensure enough space for maintenance access.
- Positioning: Minimize noise disturbance.
Additional Requirements for Indoor Installation
- Ventilation: Ensure proper ventilation to manage humidity and prevent condensation.
- Access: Ensure the spa can be removed from the building without damage.
- Local Regulations: Consider any applicable local rules.
- Floor Materials: Avoid carpets or materials that harbor moisture or bacteria.
Additional Requirements for Outdoor Installation
- Surface: Do not set up on grass or dirt.
- Sunlight ☀️: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight ☀️ for longer lifespan.
- Manometer: Keep in Yellow section when using above 20°C (68°F) or exposed to sunlight ☀️. Release air to Yellow section when leaving unattended for long periods to prevent expansion.
- Temperature ?️: Do not install or use below 4°C (39°F). Do not use if water ? in circulation system, pump, or pipework is frozen. Use a heat preservation mat.
- Environment: Consider local conditions like groundwater and frost.
GFCI Testing
⚠️ WARNING: Risk of electric shock ⚡. Test GFCI ⚡ before each use.
- Plug into mains.
- If RESET indicator is not red, press RESET.
- Press TEST button. GFCI ⚡ indicator should turn off. If not, GFCI ⚡ is faulty.
- Press RESET button again. Indicator should turn red.
? NOTE: If GFCI ⚡ fails, do not use the spa and contact a qualified electrician.
Spa Control Unit Connected External Equipotential Bonding Conductors
A qualified electrician should wire the spa control unit to the household equipotential terminal using a minimum 1.5mm² solid copper conductor.
Spa Set-up
Follow these steps for inflation:
- Ensure inflation hose is properly installed.
- Press the BUBBLE ? button for inflation.
- Press again to stop inflation when the manometer points to the YELLOW section.
- Disconnect inflation hose and rotate air valve cap back.
? NOTE: Air pressure may need adjustment due to temperature ?️ changes.
IMPORTANT: Always read the manometer to ensure correct air pressure.
- Yellow Section: After inflation (before water ?), or when leaving unattended outdoors at temperatures ?️ > 20°C (68°F).
- Green Section: When spa is filled with water ?, or when in use.
⚠️ WARNING: If manometer points to White, air pressure is too high. Press the black button on the manometer to release air.
Make sure the filter cartridge ?️ is in place before filling with water ?.
? NOTE: Filling with lukewarm water ? saves energy. Using tap water ? minimizes mineral influence.
? NOTE: Ensure manometer points to Green when spa is filled with water ?.
⚠️ WARNING: Do not drag the spa after filling. Do not operate until water ? reaches the Minimum line. Water temperature ?️ should not exceed 40°C / 104°F.
Buckle Lock Operation
Use the buckle locks to secure the spa cover. ? Lock, ? Unlock.
? NOTE: Keep the cover on to minimize heat loss. Keep the cover clean.
Controller Operation
The controller has the following functions:
- LED Display: Shows current water temperature ?️.
- UVC SANITIZER: Press UVC button to activate/deactivate. Green light indicates activation.
- HEATING: Press HEATER button to turn on/off. Red light indicates heating. Adjust temperature ?️ using UP/DOWN buttons (20°C to 40°C). Default is 40°C. Filtration starts automatically when heating. Anti-icing system activates below 1°C (33.8°F).
- FILTRATION: Press FILTER button to turn on/off. Green light indicates activation. Filtration starts automatically with heating or UVC. Stops 30 seconds after heating stops. Filter cartridge ?️ cleaning reminder: FILTER button flashes or shows red. Reset by pressing FILTER for 3 seconds after cleaning/replacement. Auto-filtration runs for 60 minutes every 8 hours in standby.
- BUBBLE MASSAGE: Press BUBBLE ? button to turn on/off. Green light indicates activation. Do not turn on with cover attached. Massage function shuts down automatically after 20 minutes; can be reactivated after 10 minutes.
- HEATING TIMER: Press TIMER to set hours (1-99) before heater activates. Use UP/DOWN to adjust. Press TIMER for 3 seconds to cancel.
- SAFETY LOCK: Press UP and DOWN simultaneously for 3 seconds to lock/unlock.
- Celsius/Fahrenheit Toggle: Long press DOWN for 3 seconds to switch display.
Water Maintenance and Chemicals
⚠️ CAUTION: ALWAYS ENSURE THE SPA IS UNPLUGGED ⚡ BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE.
Filter Cartridge Maintenance
- Inspect and clean the filter cartridge ?️ after each use.
- Replace cartridge ?️ every 3-5 days if soiled.
- Always keep a filter cartridge ?️ installed when the spa is filled with water ?.
- Turn off functions before cleaning/changing the cartridge ?️.
- If inlet/outlet is clogged, use the wrench ? to unscrew and clean. Ensure spa is empty before unscrewing.
Spa Water
- Change spa water ? every 3-5 days. Clean tub if water ? is cloudy or chemistry is poor.
- Shower before use to remove cosmetic products.
- Cover the spa when not in use.
- Use spa chemicals to maintain water ? conditions. Misuse voids warranty. Consult a retailer for chemical use.
Water Sanitation
Regularly check and sanitize spa water ?. Sanitizers control bacteria and viruses. Proper water ? balance is key for spa life and water ? quality.

? NOTE: Low pH damages tub/pump. High pH (hard water) causes white coagulations in the filter pump.
Water Treatment
- Keep air jets open and valves closed when flushing pipework with treated water ?.
- Follow chemical manufacturer's directions and warnings.
- Bromine is recommended for TEKAPO / BERGEN models.
- Never mix chemicals. Add separately and dissolve thoroughly.
- Do not mix chlorine and bromine products. Change water ? if switching.
- Do not add chemicals when the spa is occupied.
- Do not overuse chemicals or use concentrated chlorine.
Drainage, Cleaning and Storage
Spa Drainage
- Turn off all functions.

Spa Tub Cleaning
After draining, use a sponge and mild soap solution. Rinse thoroughly. Do not use steel wool, hard brushes, or abrasive cleaners.
Deflation Instructions
- Unscrew the valve to deflate.
- Replace the valve once deflated.
Spa Tub and Air Bladder (*Optional) Repair
Use the enclosed repair patch:
- Clean and dry the area.
- Apply glue to the patch and attach to the damaged surface. (Glue not included)
- Smooth out air bubbles and allow to dry for 5-10 minutes.
? NOTE: Glue is not included.
Storage and Preparation for Future Use
- Drain and clean the spa ?.
- Deflate and disassemble the spa tub, control unit, and air bladder.
- Ensure all components are clean and dry before storage. Air-dry in mild sunlight ☀️.
- Fold loosely, avoiding sharp corners.
- Prepare a new filter cartridge ?️.
- Store in a dry, temperature-controlled area ?️ (0°C to 40°C / 32°F - 104°F).
- Original packaging is recommended.
Precautions for Seasonal Use
In Summer / Sunny Days
- Direct sunshine ☀️ can cause liner expansion. Place spa in a sheltered area.
- Check air pressure regularly. Keep in Green section when filled with water ?. Release air to Yellow when leaving unattended to prevent expansion.
- Enjoy spa in the morning or evening for skin protection.
- Lower water temperature ?️ when not in use. Turn off heater ?️ for extended periods.
In Winter
Inflation
- Low temperatures ?️ harden PVC, making it fragile.
- Soften new spas stored at low temperatures ?️ by bringing indoors for 12 hours.
- More air is needed at lower temperatures ?️.
- Inflate at temperatures ?️ above 15°C (59°F) to shorten inflation and reduce expansion. Do not inflate below 0°C (39°F).
Heating and Heat Preservation
- Heating ?️ takes longer in cold weather.
- Fill with lukewarm water ? (not higher than 40°C / 104°F).
- Use ground mat and inflatable bladder for better heat preservation.
- Keep heater ?️ on (or in stand-by mode) if water-filled below 4°C (39°F) to prevent freezing.
- Anti-icing System: Below 1°C (33.8°F), heater ?️ runs automatically until 3°C (37.4°F). Disassemble and store if not using for a while.
In Rainy Days
- MSpa has IPX5 water-resistance. Can be placed in light rain ?.
- Do not turn on the bubble ? function in rain without rainproof facilities, as rain ? can enter the pump.
- Protect the plug ⚡ from rain ? to prevent damage from water accumulation.
Disposal and Environmental Protection
This product should not be disposed of with household waste. Recycle responsibly. Contact local authorities for disposal information.

MSPA Limited Warranty
MSpa products are manufactured with reliability and simplicity in mind and inspected before leaving the factory.
Warranty Period:
- Electric Parts (Control Box) ⚡: Twelve (12) months
- Spa pool ?: Six (6) months
Warranty begins on the date of purchase with proof of purchase. MSpa will repair or replace defective products at its discretion. Replacement parts are warranted for the unexpired portion of the original warranty.
Shipping Policy
Consumers are responsible for shipping/freight costs when returning defect parts to MSpa authorized service centers.
Warranty Policy
- Exclusions: Negligence, accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, failure to follow instructions, improper maintenance, improper power supply ⚡, chemical water ? damage, unauthorized modification/repair, commercial use, fire ?, lightning ⚡, flood ?.
- Validity: Only in the country of purchase. Service outside the country of purchase is subject to the warranty in that country.
- Transfer: Applies only to the original purchaser.
- Claims: Must be pre-authorized by ORPC through an accredited distributor/agent. Defective parts must be returned prepaid.
- Dealer Responsibility: Authorized dealers handle in-field service. ORPC is not liable for unauthorized workmanship.
Warranty Registration
Keep purchase receipt and warranty card. Submit claims to an MSpa authorized dealer or service partner with all necessary information (customer name, receipt, serial number, product number, problem, parts requested).
Annex A: Safety Information
Safety of Non-Swimmers
- Continuous, active, and vigilant supervision by a competent adult is required at all times, especially for weak swimmers and children under eight.
- Designate a competent adult supervisor.
- Weak swimmers/non-swimmers should wear personal protection equipment.
- Remove toys from the spa and surrounding area when not in use.
Safety Devices
- Use a safety cover or other safety protection device. Secure doors and windows.
- Barriers, covers, and alarms are aids, not substitutes for supervision.
Safety Equipment
- Keep rescue equipment (e.g., ring buoy) nearby.
- Keep a working phone and emergency numbers near the spa.
Safe Use of the Spa
- Encourage users, especially children, to learn to swim.
- Learn and refresh Basic Life Support (CPR).
- Instruct all users on emergency procedures.
- Never dive into shallow water ?.
- Do not use the spa when impaired by alcohol or medication.
- Remove covers completely before entering the spa.
- Protect occupants from water-related illnesses by maintaining water ? treatment and hygiene.
- Store chemicals out of reach of children.
- Use provided signage.
