It features 10 preset programs, with customizable time and temperature settings for each chamber, or synchronized settings for cooking larger quantities.

Intended Use
The device is designed for grilling, hot-air frying, baking, keeping food warm, reheating, and dehydrating food. It operates exclusively with hot air; do not add oil or fat. It is not suitable for liquid dishes like soups or stews. The device is for personal use only and not for commercial applications. Warranty does not cover damage from incorrect handling, repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Safety Notices
WARNING: Failure to follow safety notices may result in electric shock, fire, or injuries.
- This device can be used by children aged 8+ and individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental abilities if supervised or instructed on safe use and potential dangers.
- Children must not play with the device.
- Cleaning and user maintenance should not be carried out by unsupervised children.
- Keep children under 8 and animals away from the device and its connecting cable.
CAUTION: Hot Surfaces!
- Device and accessories become very hot. Avoid contact with heated parts. Only touch handles and control panels. Allow the device to cool completely before moving, cleaning, or storing. Use oven gloves for hot accessories.
- Never immerse the main unit or connecting cable in water or other liquids. Danger of electric shock!
- Always disconnect the device from the mains power when unattended or before transport/cleaning.
- Do not modify the device or replace the connecting cable yourself. Damaged parts must be repaired/replaced by the manufacturer or a specialist workshop.
- The device is not designed for external timers or remote controls.
DANGER – Electric Shock
- Use and store only in closed rooms.
- Do not use or store in rooms with high humidity.
- Never touch the device or cable with wet hands when connected to mains power.
- If the device falls into water while connected, pull the plug immediately, then remove the device. Never pull it out while connected!
- If the device falls into water or liquids, do not use it. Have it checked by authorized personnel before reuse.
WARNING – Fire Hazard
- Do not pour liquids directly into the device or place liquid-filled vessels inside. It operates with hot air only.
- Do not operate near combustible materials. Do not place combustible materials (e.g., paper, plastic) on or in the device.
- Do not cover the device during operation and keep ventilation openings clear to prevent fire.
- Do not connect multiple high-wattage devices to a multi-socket to prevent overloading.
- Use extension cables no longer than 3m and fully unwind them.
- In case of fire: Do not use water! Smother flames with a fireproof blanket or extinguisher.
WARNING – Injury Hazard
- Keep packaging material away from children and animals (suffocation hazard).
- Ensure the connecting cable is kept out of reach of children and animals (strangulation hazard).
- Ensure the connecting cable does not present a trip hazard. It should not hang down from surfaces.
- Hot steam can escape when drawers are pulled out. Keep head and hands away from the danger zone. Risk of scalding.
- Do not move the device during operation. Risk of burns.
- Ensure steam does not contact electrical devices.
- If a fault occurs, pull the mains plug. Always switch off before unplugging.
- Disconnect from mains power before thunderstorms or power cuts.
- Always pull the plug, never the cable, when disconnecting.
- Do not pull or carry the device by the connecting cable.
- Protect the device from fire, heat, moisture, direct sunlight, and impacts.
- Store in a dry place at 0-40°C.
- Never place objects on the device or cable.
- Ensure the cable is not squashed, bent, or laid over sharp edges, and does not contact hot surfaces.
- Use only original accessories to prevent interference and damage.
- Do not use sharp-edged objects to turn or remove food, as they can damage the coating.
Before Initial Use
- Wipe the exterior of the device with a clean, damp cloth. Clean drawers (6) and insert racks (5) with detergent and warm water.
- For the first use, run the device empty for approximately 10 minutes at the highest temperature setting (FRIES program) to burn off any residues. Follow setup and use instructions.
- Clean the device again.
Functions
The device has two cooking zones, each with 10 preset programs. You can select different programs, temperatures, and cooking times for each zone, or synchronize them using SMART FINISH (simultaneous end time) or MATCH COOK (identical settings). You can also use just one zone for smaller quantities.
Programmes
- AIR BROIL: Ideal for nuggets, spring rolls. Temp: 230°C (205-230°C). Time: 10 min (1-30 min).
- AIR FRY: Ideal for fries, chicken nuggets. Temp: 200°C (150-205°C). Time: 20 min (1-60 min).
- ROAST: Ideal for meat, roasted vegetables. Temp: 190°C (120-205°C). Time: 15 min (1 min-4 hr).
- BAKE: Ideal for cakes, desserts, bread rolls. Temp: 105°C (105-205°C). Time: 15 min (1-4 hr).
- REHEAT: For reheating food. Temp: 175°C (130-205°C). Time: 15 min (1-60 min).
- KEEP WARM: For keeping food warm. Temp: 95°C (65-95°C). Time: 30 min (30 min-8 hr).
- FRIES: Ideal for fries, potato wedges. Temp: 205°C (75-205°C). Time: 15 min (1-60 min).
- BACON: Ideal for crispy bacon. Temp: 190°C (75-205°C). Time: 6 min (1-60 min).
- WINGS: Ideal for crispy chicken wings. Temp: 205°C (75-205°C). Time: 25 min (1-60 min).
- DEHYDRATE: Ideal for dried fruit, vegetable chips. Temp: 65°C (40-90°C). Time: 6 hr (1-12 hr).
Adjust program times and temperatures as needed for optimal cooking, especially for poultry. Adjustments can be made during the cooking process.
Adjusting Temperature and Cooking Time
After selecting a program, use the TEMP (10) and TIME (14) buttons to adjust settings. Hold the button for quick scrolling.
Synchronizing Cooking Zones
- SMART FINISH: For foods with different settings that should finish cooking simultaneously.
- MATCH COOK: For larger quantities or different foods with identical settings.
Note: Synchronization cannot be done after the cooking process has started. AIR BROIL cannot be used with MATCH COOK.
Stand-By Mode
Pressing the POWER button (9) activates the control panel. If the device is inactive for 3 minutes, it enters stand-by mode.
Tips
- Use minimal oil (2-3 teaspoons) for most preparations.
- Light food items may be swirled by air circulation; secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Cooking time varies with food size, quantity, and temperature. Start with shorter times and adjust as needed.
- Mix or turn food periodically for even cooking.
- Check food periodically and switch off the device if cooked, even if the program is not finished.
Set-Up and Connection
Please Note!
- Check the device and cable for damage before each use. Only use if undamaged and in working order.
- Never place the device on soft surfaces. Ensure ventilation openings are not covered.
- Maintain sufficient clear space around the device (at least 20 cm sides, 50 cm above). Do not place under kitchen cupboards due to rising steam.
- Connect only to a properly installed socket matching the device's technical data. The socket should be easily accessible for quick disconnection.
- Ensure the connecting cable is not squashed, bent, or laid over sharp edges, and does not contact hot surfaces.
- Place the device on a dry, clean, flat, heat-resistant surface.
- Fully unwind the connecting cable and plug into a socket.
Use
This device can prepare dishes similar to a conventional fan oven. Refer to the "Tips" chapter for best results.
Please Note!
- Ensure the device and drawer exteriors are clean and dry before use.
- Do not use for longer than 4 hours continuously, except for KEEP WARM and DEHYDRATE programs.
- Do not leave the device switched on when empty (except for initial burn-off).
- Do not place food wrapped in cling film or plastic bags in the device.
- Ensure food does not contact heating elements.
- Do not overfill drawers (max 1/3 full) to allow optimal air circulation.
- Be cautious with oil/fat-rich foodstuffs to prevent overheating and ignition.
- Always place hot drawers on a heat-resistant surface after use.
- Preheating is not necessary.
Starting the Cooking Process
- Prepare food.
- Insert insert racks (5) into drawers (6).
- Place food in drawers. One drawer can be used for smaller quantities of a single food type. A small baking tin (not supplied) can also be used.
- Insert drawers into cooking chambers (4).
- Press the POWER button (9) to activate the control panel (2).
Using One Cooking Zone
Select a program (17), adjust temperature and time using TEMP (10) and TIME (14) buttons. Press START/PAUSE (15) to begin.
Using Both Cooking Zones – Different Program Duration
- Press Button 1 (18), select program, adjust time/temp if needed.
- Press Button 2 (16), select program, adjust time/temp if needed.
- Press START/PAUSE (15) to begin.
Using Both Cooking Zones – Simultaneous Ending of Cooking Time
- Press SMART FINISH button (11).
- Press Button 1 (18), select program, adjust time/temp if needed.
- Press Button 2 (16), select program, adjust time/temp if needed.
- Press START/PAUSE (15) to begin. The program with the shorter runtime will display "Hold" until both zones finish.
Using Both Cooking Zones – Copying Programme
- Press MATCH COOK button (13).
- Press Button 1 (18), select program.
- Press START/PAUSE (15) to begin. Settings cannot be adjusted during operation but can be paused.
End of Cooking Time
The remaining time is shown on the display (12). Beeps sound and "End" is displayed when cooking time elapses.
- Pull out drawers and place on a heat-resistant surface. Do not stand on the device!
- Switch off the device using the POWER button (9) and unplug from the socket.
- Remove food from drawers.
- Allow drawers and racks to cool, then clean as per "Cleaning and Storage" chapter.
Note: SMART FINISH is not available for KEEP WARM and DEHYDRATE programs.
Briefly Pausing the Cooking Process
Pull out the drawer (6) to pause cooking for mixing or adding ingredients. "Hold" will display, and the fan will run for approx. 15 seconds. Cooking resumes upon reinserting the drawer. If SMART FINISH is active, pausing one zone pauses the other.
Manually Stopping a Cooking Zone
To stop one zone, access its setting mode (Button 1 or 2) and press START/PAUSE or POWER. "Off" will appear. The other zone continues. To stop both zones when SMART FINISH/MATCH COOK is active, press POWER; "Off" will appear.
Cleaning and Storage
Please Note! Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or pads.
- Clean insert racks (5) and drawers (6) with detergent and warm water. Soak stubborn dirt.
- Wipe the exterior, cooking chambers (4), and heating elements with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use a dishwasher or immerse in water.
- Allow all parts to dry completely.
- Store the device in a clean, dry location, out of reach of children and animals, for prolonged periods.
Troubleshooting
Do not attempt to repair electrical devices yourself!
- Device does not work: Check plug insertion, socket, mains voltage, and fuse. Ensure drawers (6) are correctly inserted.
- Fuse triggered: Too many devices on the same circuit. Reduce the number of devices.
- Food not cooked evenly: Drawer (6) is too full (reduce food quantity, fill max 1/3). Food items piled on top of each other (spread food, mix periodically).
- Unpleasant smell/smoke: Device may be dirty (clean per instructions). Device may be new (smell should disappear after a few uses). Too much oil/fat (remove excess).
Disposal
Dispose of packaging material in an environmentally friendly, recyclable manner. Used devices with the crossed-out bin symbol should not be disposed of in domestic waste but taken to special collection points. Owners can return used devices free of charge to public waste disposal authorities or designated collection points. Businesses marketing electrical/electronic devices must also take back used devices.
Waste prevention is key to environmental protection. Reuse, repair, or passing on the device to another user are ecologically beneficial alternatives to disposal.
