5.1 General Information

7. Connection

7.1 Troubleshooting Display Issues

If the device screen cannot be displayed on your monitor:

• Ensure your device and the display support the same resolution. If resolutions differ, manually lower the device's output resolution for simultaneous display.
• Confirm your device supports DP Alt Mode (video/audio output).
• Verify all cables and connections are secure.

7.2 Screen ON/OFF Button

Press the Screen ON/OFF button to toggle the HDMI output on or off.

7.3 MST Resolution

This section illustrates display configurations using DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport (MST) with DP 1.4 (DSC) support.

Extend Mode:

• With a Windows® / Mac (MST Display) system, up to three displays can be connected. Configurations shown include:

Note: Supports up to four external displays simultaneously on Windows® 10 or later, and MacBook Pro with M4 Max.

8. Cleaning and Care

Important: Do not use aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or other chemical solutions, as they can damage the housing and cause malfunctions. Do not immerse the product in water. Disconnect the product from connected devices before cleaning. Clean the product with a dry, lint-free cloth.

9. Disposal

This symbol indicates that the device should not be disposed of as unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life. Owners of Waste from Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) must dispose of it separately. End users must remove batteries, accumulators, and lamps before handing over the device to a collection point. Distributors are legally obliged to provide free take-back. Check local regulations for disposal and recycling. End users are responsible for deleting personal data from the WEEE.
