Assembly and Quick Start Guide
Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Minelab VANQUISH metal detector:
- Connect the lower shaft to the control box.
- Attach the search coil to the end of the lower shaft.
- Slide the upper shaft into the lower shaft.
- Insert the upper shaft into the control box.
- Secure the shaft sections using the locking mechanism.
- Attach the armrest to the upper shaft.
- Insert 4 AA batteries into the battery compartment on the control box.
- Connect the search coil cable to the control box.
- Adjust the shaft length for comfortable use.
Quick Start
Get ready to start detecting quickly:
- Power On: Press the Power Button.
- Wait: Allow the detector to initialize for approximately 5 seconds.
- Start Treasure Hunting: Select a search mode and begin detecting.
Search Modes
The VANQUISH series offers multiple search modes tailored for different targets:
- Coins ?: Ideal for finding coins from around the world while ignoring common trash.
- Relics ?: Designed for searching for historical relics in fields and forests.
- Jewelry ?: Helps locate lost jewelry items.
- Custom ⚙️: Allows users to create personalized modes to minimize unwanted targets.
