First-Time Setup: Bluetooth Pairing
Step 1: Activate Bluetooth
Enable Bluetooth in your device's settings.
Step 2: Power On and Pair
With the Studio ANC Headphones off, press and hold the power button for approximately 8 seconds. A quickly flashing red and blue light indicates that the headphones are searching for a Bluetooth device.
Step 3: Connect to Device
Select "JLab Studio ANC" in your device's Bluetooth settings to connect. Once connected, you will hear 2 pips, and the indicator light will slowly flash blue.
Adding New / Additional Devices
Turn OFF Bluetooth on the previously connected device and turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Repeat the first-time setup process for new devices.
Important Notes:
- Bluetooth is a wireless radio technology sensitive to objects between the headphones and the connected device. For optimal performance, keep headphones within 10 meters (33 feet) of the connected device without major obstructions like walls.
- Once connected, your headphones will remember the device and automatically connect when powered on.
- Only one device can be connected at a time. To connect another device, disconnect the currently used one in your device's Bluetooth settings first.

Charging
For optimal performance, charge overnight using the included Micro USB cable before first use. Charging takes approximately 3 hours for a full charge.
Connect the Micro USB cable (included) to your headphones and plug the USB connector into a computer or a power adapter (not included). Ensure the USB connector is plugged into a power outlet.
A red light indicates the headphones are charging. A blue light indicates charging is complete.
Note: Studio ANC can be used while charging. Power on the headphones and connect to your device after charging has begun.
Warnings
- Avoid getting moisture or liquids on the headphone earcups.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or pinching the headphones. Do not subject the cable to stress by pulling or yanking it quickly or forcefully, or by bending it sharply.
- Earwax can build up on the earcups and degrade sound quality. Gently remove wax with a cotton swab or a small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or taking a break from using the earbuds.
- If you frequently experience discomfort while using the product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your headphones with the same care as a pair of fine sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
