Fitting
Choose the ear tips that best fit your ear.
Step 1: Select ear tips in sizes S, M, or L.
Step 2: Insert the earbuds into your ears.
Charging
Dry the earbuds and the USB-C charging port thoroughly before charging. Fully charge both the earbuds and the charging case before first use.
- Remove the insulation sticker from the earbuds before first use.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case and close the case.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using the certified USB-C charging cable provided with the product.
Charging Indicators:
- Earbuds: Typically indicated by an LED on the earbud itself when placed in the case.
- Charging Case: LED indicators on the case show the charging status.
Charging Time: Up to 2 hours for the charging case.
Power Input: 5V = 0.43A
Power On & Pairing
Open the charging case and take out the earbuds. They will automatically turn on and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
When connecting to Soundcore for the first time, select "soundcore R50i / P20i / P25i" from your device's Bluetooth list. The device name may vary depending on the region.
Manual Pairing
To manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode, take out the earbuds from the case, then press and hold the touch surface on the earbuds for 3 seconds.
Controls
Controls can be customized in the Soundcore app.

Power Off
To turn off, place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the case. The earbuds will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if they are not connected.
Reset
Reset if you encounter issues pairing the earbuds with each other or with other devices.
- First, clear the pairing history from your Bluetooth device.
- Take out the earbuds from the case. Within one minute after the earbuds turn on, press and hold the touch surface on the earbuds for 10 seconds until you hear a notification sound.
LED Indicator Guide
- Flashing white: Indicates the earbuds are in pairing mode or have been reset.
- Solid white: Indicates the earbuds are charging or fully charged.
Firmware Update
You will be notified when a new firmware version is detected when you connect the earbuds to the app. Ensure the earbuds are placed in the charging case and the case remains open until the firmware update is complete. During the update, ensure the earbuds are charging and do not use them.
