DBL uses steering angle and vehicle speed to widen field of vision by swiveling headlamps. Turn ON by setting knob to AUTO when vehicle is in ready mode ?. Turn OFF by returning knob to former position.

High Voltage Battery SOC (State of Charge) Gauge

(Refer to page 10 for details)

Shows the high voltage battery's charge status. "L(Low)" ⬇️ indicates low energy; "H(High)" ⬆️ indicates fully charged. When 2-3 bars remain (near "L"), a warning light illuminates, and the vehicle can drive an estimated 12-18 miles. Charging is required.

Mode Symbol Explanation
Trip Computer?Displays driving info (tripmeter, fuel economy, etc.).
Turn By Turn (TBT) (if equipped)?️Displays navigation status.
Assist?️Displays ASCC and LKAS status. Also shows Tire Pressure info.
User Settings⚙️Change settings for doors, lamps, etc.
Warning⚠️Displays warning messages (e.g., Blind Spot Detection).

Instrument Panel Illumination

Press the illumination control button to adjust the instrument cluster brightness.

Aux. Battery Saver+

(Refer to page 12 for details)

Monitors the 12V auxiliary battery. If low, the main high voltage battery charges it. Default is ON; can be cancelled via 'User Settings → Other Features → Aux. Battery Saver+'. Activation blinks the third Charging Indicator Lamp.

Note: Do not touch high voltage electric wires or connectors when the function is active.

Access the EV menu via the EV icon on the AVN screen or EV button on the HVAC panel.

Climate Control Panel Functions:

Defogging / Defrosting

  1. Press front windshield defrost button.
  2. Set temperature to warmest.
  3. Set fan speed to highest.

Note: Keep interior windshield clean for better visibility. Use outside (fresh) air when possible.

Automatic Heating / Air Conditioning

(Refer to page 15 for details)

  1. Press AUTO button ?.
  2. Set desired temperature.

Automatically controls modes, fan speeds, air intake, and AC.

System OFF

(Refer to page 16 for details)

Pressing the OFF button ? turns off the system. Blower stops, outside air is selected, and vented air is at the last set temperature.

Mode Selection

Changes the direction of airflow.

EV Mode

(Refer to page 16 for details)

Push the EV button to enter the EV menu (e.g., Nearby Stations, Energy Information, Drive Mode, ECO driving).

Air Intake Control

Options: Recirculated air position or Outside (fresh) air position.

Heat Button

Press HEAT button ? to turn heater ON; press again to turn OFF.

Driver Only

Pressing DRIVER ONLY button ? directs cold air primarily to the driver's seat.

Rear Window Defroster

Press to activate/deactivate the rear window defroster ❄️.

Use the input jack to connect external audio devices and listen through the vehicle's audio system. iPod® is a trademark of Apple, Inc.

Driving Features

Automatic with Push Button Drive Selector

(Refer to page 21 for details)

Select gear positions by pressing the shift button (P, R, N, D). Gear position displays in instrument cluster. Always depress brake pedal while shifting.

Regenerative Brake Level Control Paddles

(Refer to page 22 for details)

Adjusts regenerative braking rate (0-3) during deceleration/braking.

Paddles do not operate when pulled simultaneously or when Cruise Control is active.

Cruise Control / Smart Cruise Control

(Refer to page 23 for details)

Allows programming vehicle to maintain constant speed.

Setting Vehicle Distance (Smart Cruise Control only): Press button to set vehicle-to-vehicle distance. Changes as follows: Distance 4 → Distance 3 → Distance 1 → Distance 2.

Adjusting Speed: Quick toggle up/down changes speed by 1 mph; holding changes by 10 mph.

To Cancel: Press CANCEL button or depress brake pedal.

Electronic Parking Brake (EPB)

On the radio:

  1. Push SETUP button.
  2. Select Bluetooth.
  3. Select Bluetooth Connection.
  4. Select Add New.

In your phone's Bluetooth settings:

  1. Select the <Vehicle Name> on your phone.
  2. Enter passkey from radio or accept authorization pop-up.

Switching Between Paired Phones:

Using Voice Command: Say "Change Bluetooth device".

On the radio:

  1. Push SETUP button.
  2. Select Bluetooth.
  3. Select Bluetooth Connection.
  4. Select Connect next to the desired phone.
