Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: After the device is successfully added, why does the App display that it's offline and can't be controlled?
A: After the device is added, it requires 1-2 minutes to connect to the network. If it remains offline, check the Wi-Fi indicator status:
- Blue indicator LED blinks quickly once per second: Device is not connected to your Wi-Fi. This could be due to an incorrect Wi-Fi password, the device being too far from the router, weak signal, or environmental interference. Try moving the device closer to the router. If the issue persists, power cycle the device and re-add it.
- Blue indicator LED blinks quickly twice per second: The device is connected to Wi-Fi but not to the internet. Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable and normal. Frequent double blinks indicate an unstable network, not a product malfunction. If the network is normal, power off and restart the device.
Troubleshooting Wi-Fi Connection:
- The device cannot recognize 5G Wi-Fi; please select a 2.4G Wi-Fi network to re-add it.
- Ensure that Mac address filtering is not enabled in your router settings.
- If the above steps do not resolve the issue, try using another phone to open a personal hotspot and attempt to re-add the device.
Factory Reset
To perform a factory reset, press and hold the pairing button for 5 seconds until the LED indicator blinks twice. The device will then successfully reset and enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
Note: When changing to a new network, you need to restore the factory settings and then reconnect to the new network.
