Box Contents and Overview
The SoundCore XL is a portable Bluetooth speaker designed for high-quality audio. The package includes the speaker, a USB charging cable, and a lanyard.
Speaker Overview:
- 1. Power Button: Turns the speaker on/off.
- 2. Volume Buttons: Adjusts the volume up (+) or down (-).
- 3. Play/Pause Button: Controls music playback (play/pause).
- 4. Bluetooth Connection Button: Initiates Bluetooth pairing.
- 5. Battery Indicator: Shows the current battery level.
- 6. Status Indicator: Displays the speaker's operational status (e.g., pairing, connected).
- 7. Microphone: For hands-free calls.
- 8. USB Output: Allows charging of external devices.
- 9. 3.5mm Aux Input: For wired audio connection.
- 10. Micro USB Charging Input: For charging the speaker.
Charging Your SoundCore XL
To charge the SoundCore XL, connect the included Micro USB cable to the Micro USB charging input (10) on the speaker and the other end to a power source, such as a laptop or USB wall adapter.
Charge Status Indicator:
- Solid Blue LEDs (4): 65% - 100% battery remaining.
- Solid Blue LEDs (3): 35% - 65% battery remaining.
- Solid Blue LED (1): 5% - 35% battery remaining.
- Flashing Blue LED (1): Less than 5% battery remaining (charge immediately).
Getting Started
Turning On Your SoundCore XL
To turn on the speaker, press and hold the Power Button (1) for at least 1 second. A sound notification will confirm it is powered on.
Bluetooth Pairing
1. Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
2. On the SoundCore XL, press and hold the Bluetooth Connection Button (4) until the LED indicator flashes blue rapidly, indicating pairing mode.
3. Select "SoundCore XL" (or "SoundCore Sport XL" if listed) from the list of available Bluetooth devices on your smartphone.
4. Once successfully paired, the LED indicator will turn solid blue, and you will hear a confirmation sound.
LED Status for Bluetooth:
- Fast Flashing Blue LED: Pairing Mode.
- Solid Blue LED: Connected to a device. The speaker will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.
Connecting via AUX Input
To establish a wired connection, use a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) to connect your device's audio output to the speaker's 3.5mm Aux Input (9). Connecting via AUX will automatically disable the Bluetooth connection.

When a call is received while music is playing, the music will pause automatically. The music will resume after the call is ended or ignored.
Charging Devices via USB Output
You can use the USB Output port (8) on the back of the speaker to charge your mobile phone or other compatible devices.

Safety Instructions
- 1. Avoid dropping the speaker.
- 2. Do not attempt to disassemble the speaker.
- 3. Do not immerse the speaker in water.
- 4. Avoid exposing the speaker to extreme temperatures.
- 5. Use only original or certified charging cables.
- 6. Ensure adequate ventilation around the speaker for proper heat dissipation.
- 7. Do not use the device outdoors during a storm.
- 8. Before exposing the speaker to liquids, ensure all protective covers are securely closed. Do not charge the speaker near water.
- 9. Do not use abrasive cleaners or oils for cleaning the speaker.

Warranty Terms
1. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery and lasts for 2 years.
2. The entire product, including all its parts, is covered by the warranty.
3. If the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following rights as stipulated in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection: Withdrawal from the contract, Requesting a price reduction, Requesting free repair, Requesting replacement with a defect-free equivalent of the sold product.
4. If the consumer chooses the right to free repair, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without charging any fee for labor, replacement parts, or any other cost. The consumer can also exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly and severally liable for the consumer exercising this right.
5. If the consumer exercises their right to free repair, and the product:
- Fails again within the warranty period,
- The maximum repair time is exceeded.
- If it is determined by a report from the authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer that repair is not possible; the consumer may request a refund, a price reduction proportional to the defect, or, if possible, replacement with a defect-free equivalent from the seller. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. In case of non-compliance with this request, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly and severally liable.
6. The repair period for the product shall not exceed 20 working days. This period begins from the date the defect is reported to the authorized service station or seller within the warranty period, or from the date the product is delivered to the authorized service station if it is outside the warranty period. If the defect cannot be resolved within 10 working days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with a similar product for use until the repair is completed. If the product fails within the warranty period, the time spent on repair will be added to the warranty period.
7. Defects arising from the use of the product contrary to the instructions in the user manual are outside the scope of the warranty.
8. In case of disputes related to the exercise of warranty rights, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
9. If this Warranty Certificate is not provided by the seller, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Customs and Trade.
Warranty Validity Conditions
1. The warranty will be void if the device is assembled and/or repaired by unauthorized service providers or if the device is opened.
2. The warranty provided by our company does not cover defects arising from the use of the device for purposes other than intended or under abnormal conditions, nor does it cover the following defects:
- Damage and defects resulting from misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual or assembly manual, or from accidents.
- Damage and defects resulting from voltage incompatibility, faulty electrical equipment, or use with a voltage different from that stated on the device label.
- Damage and defects resulting from natural disasters such as fire, flood, and lightning strikes, as well as damage and defects occurring during the transportation, loading, unloading, and handling of the device after delivery to the consumer.
