Using Your SoundCore
Turn On/Off
Press and hold the power button for more than 1 second.
The SoundCore will automatically turn off after 30 minutes if no device is connected.
Pair with Your Device
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Pairing Indicator:
- Pairing Mode: The status indicator will flash blue rapidly ([rapidly flashing blue light]).
- Connected to a Device: The status indicator will be solid blue ([steady blue light]).
When turned on, SoundCore will automatically connect to the last connected device if available. If not, SoundCore will enter pairing mode.
To pair a different device, first disable Bluetooth on the connected device or press the [Bluetooth pairing button] to re-enter pairing mode. Then repeat the pairing steps.
Connection Problems? Remove SoundCore from your device's Bluetooth history, ensure it's less than 3 feet (approx. 90 cm) away, then try pairing again.
Connect via AUX
When using AUX mode, control audio playback via the connected device.
The status indicator will flash blue rapidly ([rapidly flashing blue light]) in AUX mode.
Charging
Check the Power Level
- 65%-100%
- 35%-65%
- 5%-35%

Charge Your SoundCore
- Charging: The indicator light will flash white ([one flashing white light]).
- Fully Charged: The indicator light will be off ([light off]).
Ensure the protective flap is well sealed before exposing SoundCore to liquids. Do not charge near water.
Controls
Activate Voice Assistant
Press and hold the [Power button] for more than 2 seconds to activate Siri or other voice control software.
Un-pair Device
Press and hold the [Bluetooth pairing button] for more than 1 second to disconnect the current device and re-enter pairing mode.
Play / Pause
Press the [Play/Pause button] once.
Skip Forward
Press the [Play/Pause button] twice.
Volume Up / Down
Press the [Volume buttons] up or down.
Answer / End Call
Press the [Play/Pause button] once.
Reject Call
Press and hold the [Play/Pause button] for more than 1 second.
Put Current Call on Hold and Answer Incoming Call
Press the [Play/Pause button] once.
Switch Between Held Call and Active Call
Press and hold the [Play/Pause button] for more than 2 seconds.
