Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.

Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Unfold the Bed Frame

The bed frame (part C) is initially folded. Carefully unfold it to its upright position.

Step 2: Attach the Wheels

Locate the bottom of the bed frame. The frame will have two parts, one with a locking bar and one without. The part with the locking bar is the 'outer leg'.

Step 3: Secure Components

Tighten the bolts (part D) with the supplied wrench (part G) and not by hand. Attach the crossbars (part E) and side rails (part F) to the frame, securing them with the bolts (part D) and frame connectors (part B). Ensure all connections are firm.

Step 4: Final Assembly

Attach the remaining components, ensuring the bed frame is stable and all parts are securely fastened. The mattress (part A) will rest on the assembled frame.

Product Structure Overview

The folding bed consists of a mattress, outer leg sections, a leg retention bracket, and a locking bar. The leg retention bracket clips onto the tube to secure the bed in its folded or unfolded position.

Return / Damage Claim Instructions

⚠ DO NOT discard the box / original packaging. In case a return is required, the item must be returned in its original box. Without this, your return will not be accepted.
⚠ Take a photo of the box markings. A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required if a part is needed for replacement. This helps staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts.
⚠ Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable). A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged.
⚠ Send an email with the images requested. Email Costway directly from the marketplace where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
