The HELIONE range consists of smoke extraction centrifugal fans, available in F200-120, F400-120, or non-classified versions. The standard HELIONE range spans from Ø 355 to Ø 1250 mm, offering flow rates from 1,500 to 200,000 m³/h. These fans are suitable for ventilation and/or smoke extraction in various environments including residential buildings (parking, stairwells), tertiary sectors (parking, shops), and industrial facilities. They are designed for air extraction/supply in smoke extraction applications, particularly in areas where acoustic requirements are not paramount. The HELIONE series benefits from a wide array of accessories to facilitate installation.

Operating Principles

HELIONE fans are connected to the ventilation/smoke extraction circuit to evacuate stale air and smoke to the exterior. They can be controlled via an AXONE relay unit or a parking unit.

The HELIONE is used for ventilation and/or smoke extraction in residential settings (parking, stairwells), tertiary premises (parking, shops), and industrial buildings. It is suitable for air extraction/supply for spot smoke extraction or in locations where acoustic performance is not a primary concern. The HELIONE benefits from numerous accessories that simplify its implementation.

Installation

Installation can be horizontal on the ground or wall-mounted, requiring specific accessories such as square plates, anti-vibration feet, counter-flanges, and flexible connectors or grilles if not connected.

Horizontal installation between two ducts requires anti-vibration feet, counter-flanges, and flexible connectors on both sides, with a long casing for motor access via an inspection hatch.

Wall-mounted installations require reinforced square plates for wall fixing, counter-flanges, and flexible connectors or grilles.

Vertical suspension under a slab or within a duct requires a protective grille if access is possible or if there's a risk of debris suction. A long casing is recommended for motor access if connected on both sides, and a gusset option is available.

• Motors: Boss-mounted, 4-pole or 4/8-pole (2-pole on request), IP 55, F-class insulation as standard, operating temperature -20/50°C. 60 Hz motors available upon request.
