- Attach fixed blocks to the rods and secure them with rubber head screws. Note: SY-650 models use one fixed block, while SYD-580 and SYD-650 models use two.
- Insert the filling nozzles into the fixed blocks. Note: SYD-580 and SYD-650 models have double filling nozzles; SY-650 models have single filling nozzles.
- Connect the pedal switch to the designated port.
- Connect the power cord to the power socket.
- Product assembly is complete. The built-up bracket and filling nozzles can be adjusted as needed.
- Cleaning: After use, clean the machine by repeatedly drawing a mild cleaning solution, followed by clean water.

The control panel allows for setting filling parameters and operating the machine.
Button Function Introduction:
- 1. Set/Exit Button: Press to enter/exit setting mode for filling/waiting time.
- 2. Move Button: Navigates the cursor left or right.
- 3. Add/Unit Button: Adjusts setting numbers (0-9) or changes time unit format.

Operation Example (Setting Filling Time):
Ensure the machine is in standby/stop state (press "Auto" key if it's running in automatic mode; the "auto" indicator will turn off).
- Set Filling and Waiting Time: Use the "Set/Exit" button to select the time parameter, "Move" button to navigate numbers, and "Add/Unit" button to adjust values. The "Add/Unit" button also changes the time unit format (e.g., 01.00 = 1 second, 00.10 = 0.1 second, 10.00 = 10 seconds).
- Set Filling Speed: Adjust the filling speed using the "Increase/Decrease" buttons.
