Assembly Instructions

Follow these step-by-step instructions to assemble your Mobile Laptop Desk Cart:

1. Attach locking casters (D) to the open side of the base (A) and other casters (E) to the opposite side. Tighten using the 12 mm wrench (L).
2. Align screw holes on the T-bar (B) and base (A). Secure with screws (G) through split washers (I) into nuts (H), holding nuts with the 11 mm wrench (M).
3. Insert caps (F) into both ends of the T-bar (B). Ensure the T-bar is fully seated in the neck and secure with knob (K).
4. Place the top (C) face down on a soft surface. Align the arrows on the T-bar (B) and top (C). Attach with screws (G) through washers (J). Ensure the T-bar points away from the curved side of the top. Verify all screws are snug.

Important Note: Ensure the T-bar is correctly oriented to prevent the table from slanting. The curved side of the top should face the user.

Incorrect Assembly: If the table slants, the T-bar may be incorrectly assembled. Uninstall, rotate 180 degrees, and reinstall.

Correct Assembly: The table should sit flat with the curved side of the top facing the user. Arrows on the top and T-bar should align.

FAQs

Using without wheels: The cart can be used directly on the floor without wheels, which is suitable for carpeted surfaces or areas with low floor clearance. Use pads on hard flooring to prevent scratches.
