6. Alert Settings

6.1 Motion Detection Settings

In the application, navigate to "Settings" -> "Alert Settings" -> "Motion Detection" to adjust motion detection settings.

6.2 Noise Detection

After enabling detection, the camera can detect motion and noise around it. You can select different detection sensitivities based on your requirements.

Note: If the night alarm is disabled, the camera will only record black and white video at night.

9. FAQ

Q: What should I do if my camera doesn't work?

A: 1. Locate the 'Reset' hole at the bottom of the camera and press it with a pin for more than 5 seconds to reboot. 2. Power the camera off and then on again. 3. Add the camera to the APP again.

Q: What if the SD card cannot be detected?

A: 1. Use recommended brands such as San Disk or Samsung. 2. The camera supports 2-128GB capacity. 3. Standard Class 10 SD cards are recommended. 4. Only FAT32 format is supported.

Note: Insert the memory card into the SD card slot; the device will automatically start saving video.

Q: Why can't WiFi connect?

A: 1. Check your WiFi name and password (the password cannot contain special symbols). 2. Ensure your WiFi is 2.4GHz; 5GHz is not supported. 3. Make sure the camera and your mobile phone are within the same WiFi environment when connecting, and keep them close to the router.

Q: What should I do if the device is offline?

A: 1. Ensure the camera is powered on and observe if the status indicator light is normal. 2. Check if the WiFi network signal is good, or restart the router. 3. If the camera is installed far from the router, resulting in a weak WiFi signal, it is recommended to move the router to a closer location or add a WiFi signal expander to improve the signal.

4. Remove the camera from your APP, reset the device, and then re-add it. 5. Check if the device firmware and App are the latest versions.

Q: How to reduce the frequency of receiving alarm information?

A: 1. If you receive alarm messages too frequently, it is recommended to lower the motion detection level or set the alarm area. 2. If you find that there are no moving objects in the alarm picture but you still receive frequent notifications, it might be due to factors like changes in light and shadow within the detection range. It is recommended to lower the motion detection level or set the alarm area.

Q: Why did my APP crash?

A: 1. The system version of your phone might be too high or too low. 2. Download the Mubview App from the application store again. 3. Rescan the QR code in the manual to download the Mubview App.

Q: Why unable to play local history replay?

A: 1. Check the SD card status in 'Settings' to ensure the Micro SD card has been successfully recognized. 2. Reinsert the Micro SD card. 3. Format the Micro SD card in the App. 4. Replace the Micro SD card.
