Description of the Appliance
The deep fryer consists of the following parts:
- Timer Button
- Thermostat Knob
- Lid
- Basket
- Basket Handle
- Oil Tank
- Control Box
- Heating Element
- Handle of Control Box
- Power Indicator Light (Red)

Before First Use
- Before first use, please check carefully if all the parts of the appliance are in good condition. If not, please contact the supplier or manufacturer.
- Remove the packing materials and protection films from the lid and outer case.
- Wash the accessories and the inner pan in warm water. Dry well before use. Ensure that the electrical parts remain dry.
- Wipe the inside of the bowl with a damp cloth and make sure it is completely dry before you fill the fryer with oil or fat.
- This fryer is equipped with a safety micro-switch at the control box. This ensures the control box is correctly positioned on the outer metal case before the unit can be started. Fix the control box to the slot on the side of the outer metal case. Ensure the safety micro-switch is pressed by the trigger on the outer metal case. The unit cannot be operated until the control box is fixed to the outer case correctly. If it is not working, remove and re-fix the control box until the micro-switch is activated by the trigger.

This fryer is equipped with a safety cut-out to protect the appliance from overheating, such as when there is not enough oil or fat. In case of overheating, the thermal cut-out protective device will switch off the fryer automatically. This device can be reactivated by pushing the button with a pointed object (e.g., a ball pen) through a hole on the back of the cord storage compartment, marked "RESET" (or "Rinitialiser"). Before reactivation, disconnect the appliance from the mains and wait for the system to cool down completely.
Basket Handle
- Attach the basket handle to the basket by squeezing the two handle wires together and inserting the ends through the two eyelets in the basket.
- Rotate the handle backwards until it locks securely in place. Ensure the handle is securely connected to the basket before operating your fryer.
Using the Appliance
This type of fryer may only be used with oil or liquid fat and is not suitable for use with solid fat. Solid fat may contain water, which can cause hot fat to be sprayed out when heated.
- Place the deep fryer on a dry, stable surface.
- Since the deep fryer becomes hot during use, ensure it is not too close to other objects.
- Remove the lid from the deep fryer and take out the accessories.
- Fill the deep fryer with the desired amount of oil or fat. Ensure the oil level is between the "MAX" and "MIN" indicators inside the appliance. For best results, do not mix different kinds of oil.
- Set the temperature knob to the required temperature for frying. The deep fryer will heat up, and the indicator light will turn on.
- Use the handle to place the basket in the deep fryer.
- Place the food to be deep-fried into the basket. For best results, put dry food into the basket.
- Lower the basket into the oil slowly to prevent excessive bubbling. The deep fryer can be used with or without the lid.
- The indicator light will turn off when the selected temperature is reached. During the frying cycle, the indicator light will cycle on and off, which is normal as the appliance is equipped with a temperature regulator.
- Raise the basket when the frying time has elapsed.
- Turn the thermostat fully anticlockwise to switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the outlet.
- Once the deep fryer and oil have completely cooled down, you can replace the basket in the appliance and store it. Store the deep fryer, with the lid closed, in a dark, dry place. You can leave the oil and the basket in the deep fryer during storage.
Frying Tips
- Use up to 1000 grams of fresh fries. When using frozen fries, be very careful when lowering the basket into the oil. Also, follow the instructions on the packaging of frozen fries.

- Deep fry fries in 2 stages:
- First stage (pre-frying): 5 to 10 minutes at 170°C.
- Second stage (final frying): 2 to 4 minutes at 190°C.
