This appliance is intended for household and similar applications such as staff kitchens, farm houses, hotels, motels, and bed & breakfast environments.

Read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference.

It can be used by children aged 8+ and persons with reduced capabilities if supervised and instructed on safe use, understanding the hazards. Children must not play with the appliance. Cleaning and maintenance by children require supervision and age 8+.

Keep the appliance and cord out of reach of children under 8 years.

Safety Warnings:

Caution: Place on a horizontal, stable surface. Always unplug after use. Let cool for ~30 minutes before handling/cleaning. Remove burnt food remains. Improper use invalidates the warranty.

The control panel features buttons and a digital display for temperature and time. Key functions include:

Before Using Your Air Fryer for the First Time

  1. Remove all packaging.
  2. Remove all stickers or labels, except the rating label.
  3. Thoroughly clean the frying tray with hot water, liquid soap, and a non-abrasive sponge.
  4. Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth.

Preparing for Use

  1. Place the appliance on a stable, horizontal, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Place the crisper rack correctly in the frying tray.

Do not fill the frying tray with oil or any other liquid.

Do not put anything on top of the appliance, as this may disrupt airflow and affect results.

Using the Appliance

1. Power On

Plug in the appliance. A beep sounds, and the display lights up. After one second, it returns to standby mode. All lights are off except the power indicator (⏻).

2. Menu Selection/Temperature/Time

When the appliance is in standby, press the power button (⏻). Default settings are 180°C and 15 minutes. Adjust time and temperature using the +/- buttons. Select a preset function by pressing its icon. Press the start button (▶️) to begin cooking.

Temperature: Range is 50-200°C. Adjusts by 10°C per press. 200°C + cycles to 50°C; 50°C - cycles to 200°C. Display flashes while setting.

Time: Range is 1-60 minutes. Adjusts by 1 minute per press. 60 min + cycles to 1 min; 1 min - cycles to 60 min. Display flashes while setting.

3. Start, Pause/Stop

Start: After setting function, time, and temperature, press ▶️. The ▶️ symbol flashes. Cooking starts after a beep. The ▶️ symbol is solid during operation.

Pause: Press ⏸️ during operation. Press ▶️ to resume. If no operation for 5 minutes, it stops and returns to standby.

Stop: Press ⏻ during operation to stop.

Note: You can remove the tray during operation to check or add food. The appliance resumes the program upon reinsertion.

4. End of Program

Heating stops at 00 min. The fan runs for 1 minute for cooling, accompanied by a buzzer. The appliance then enters standby mode.

Caution: Do not touch the pan during and for about 30 minutes after use, as it gets very hot. Only hold the pan by the handle.

Operation Steps

  1. Plug the mains plug into an earthed wall socket.
  2. Put the ingredients into the frying tray.
  3. Place the frying tray in the correct position. Choose a function and press ▶️ to start cooking.
  4. Screen Display: Shows temperature and time. The selected function flashes.
  5. Some ingredients require shaking halfway through. Pull out the tray by the handle, shake, and slide it back in.
  6. When the timer bell sounds, preparation time has elapsed. Remove the pan and place it on a heat-resistant surface.
  7. Check if ingredients are ready. If not, slide the tray back and continue cooking or add extra minutes.
  8. Empty the tray into a bowl or onto a plate.
  9. Tip: For large or fragile ingredients, use tongs.
  10. When a batch is ready, the air fryer is instantly ready for another.

Note: First-time use may produce slight smoke or odor, which is normal and temporary. Ensure adequate ventilation.

Settings & Tips

You can also set custom time and temperature. Settings are indicative; results may vary based on ingredient origin, size, shape, and brand.

Making Home-Made Fries

For best results, use pre-baked fries. For home-made fries:

  1. Peel and cut potatoes into sticks.
  2. Soak sticks in water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix sticks with 1/2 tbsp olive oil in a bowl until coated.
  4. Remove sticks, leaving excess oil in the bowl. Place sticks in the tray.
  5. Note: Do not tilt the bowl to transfer all sticks at once to avoid excess oil pooling.

  6. Fry potato sticks as per instructions.

Cleaning

Clean after every use. The frying tray and interior have a non-stick coating. Do not use metal utensils or abrasive cleaners.

  1. Unplug and let the appliance cool down. Remove the frying tray for faster cooling.
  2. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.
  3. Clean the frying tray and rack with hot water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. A washing liquid can remove stubborn dirt.
  4. Note: The frying tray is dishwasher-proof.

    Tip: For stuck-on residue, fill the tray with hot water and soap, place the rack inside, and soak for ~10 minutes.

  5. Clean the interior with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  6. Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove food residue.

Storage

  1. Unplug and let the appliance cool down.
  2. Ensure all parts are clean and dry.

Troubleshooting
