Appliance Description and Controls
Appliance Components (Fig. 1)
- 1 Base unit: The main body of the appliance housing the motor.
- 2 Jug: The container for milk or chocolate, with MAX and MIN fill level markings.
- 3 Whisk (toothed): For frothing milk or preparing hot chocolate.
- 3a Whisk (flat): For the hot milk function.
- 4 Lid: Covers the jug during operation.
- 5 Measuring cap: Fits into the lid for adding ingredients.
- 6 START/STOP button: To start and stop the appliance.
- 7 Program selection knob: To choose between different programs.
- 8 LED indicator: Shows the appliance's status.

The appliance features 6 pre-defined programs and a manual function, selectable via the program selection knob (7).

Liquid Level Indication
Symbol | Description |

Safety Warnings and Usage
General Safety
- Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Ensure the socket is always accessible for easy plug removal.
- Never pull the cable to avoid damage.
- If the machine malfunctions, do not attempt repairs. Unplug and contact Technical Assistance.
- Damaged plugs or cables must be replaced only by authorized Technical Assistance.
- Do not submerge the appliance in water.
- Caution: Unplug before cleaning.
- Keep the power cable away from hot surfaces and do not let it hang over edges.
- Keep packaging material out of reach of children.
- Do not allow use by persons (including children) with reduced physical or sensory capabilities, or lacking experience, unless supervised and instructed by a responsible adult.
- Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Do not place the appliance near or on hot surfaces like ovens.
- Check for foreign objects inside the appliance.
- Do not overfill the jug; observe MAX and MIN levels. Overfilling may cause splashing.
- The jug gets hot during operation; always use the handle.
- Pacemaker users: Be aware of the inductive field (20-50 Hz) which may affect device function.
- The frothing disc is a choking hazard; keep away from children.
Connection
- Ensure mains voltage and frequency match the appliance's data plate.
- Connect only to a 10A socket with an efficient grounding system, installed according to regulations.
- Contact technical assistance for socket/plug incompatibility.
European Market Specifics
- Children aged 8+ may use the appliance under supervision and if they understand the risks.
- Cleaning and maintenance may be performed by children aged 8+ under supervision.
- Keep the appliance and cable out of reach of children under 8.
- Children must not play with the appliance.
- Unplug before assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.
Intended Use
This appliance is designed for heating and frothing milk and preparing hot chocolate. It is for domestic use only and should not be used for other purposes.

Operation
General Usage Recommendations
- For best frothing results, use cold whole milk directly from the refrigerator.
- After a heating cycle, allow the appliance to cool before starting another.
- Never operate without liquid, as this can damage the jug.
- Always fill between the MIN and MAX levels indicated inside the jug.
Error State
If the knob LED flashes and three acoustic signals repeat twice, an error has occurred. This can be due to the jug or whisk missing, the jug being removed during operation, or starting with an empty jug. The cycle may not start or may stop shortly after beginning.
Stand-by Mode
The LED blinks and turns off after 120 seconds of inactivity, indicating the appliance is in stand-by mode.
Heating or Frothing Milk
- Insert the plug into the socket.
- Remove the lid (4) and pour cold milk into the jug (2), observing the MIN/MAX levels.
- Re-attach the lid (4).
- Select the desired program by turning the knob (7) to the red mark.
- Press the START/STOP button (6) to begin. The LED (8) will light up solid.
- An acoustic signal and the LED (8) turning off indicate the cycle is complete.
- You can stop the cycle early by pressing START/STOP (6).
- Remove the lid (4) by its tabs.
- Remove the jug (2) and pour the frothed milk.
Tip: Add sugar or sweeteners after the cycle is complete.
Preparing Chocolate
- Remove the lid (4) and add chocolate ingredients to the jug (2), following recipe guidelines.
- Select the appropriate program and proceed as for milk.
Tip: You can remove the measuring cap (5) during operation to add ingredients like instant coffee or soluble powders.
Manual Function
Add milk to the jug (2) and re-attach the lid (4).
Manual Hot
To start the Manual Program (M) for heating, press START/STOP. The LED (8) lights up. Whisk speed and temperature increase over time. You can stop the cycle early by pressing START/STOP when satisfied.
Manual Cold
Press and hold START/STOP for approximately 3 seconds. The whisk will froth milk without heating. The LED (8) will blink throughout the cycle. You can stop the cycle early by pressing START/STOP when satisfied.
ℹ️ The manual function will automatically stop after a period to ensure safety and product longevity.
A beep and the LED (8) turning off signal the end of the cycle.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Important: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning. Never immerse the motor base (1) in water or other liquids.
The instruction manual provides detailed cleaning and maintenance procedures. Any other servicing must be performed by an authorized service representative.
- Remove the whisk (3).
- Remove the jug (2) from the motor base (1).
- The whisk (3), lid (4), measuring cap (5), and jug (2) are dishwasher safe.
- Clean the motor base (1) with a damp cloth, followed by a dry cloth. Avoid detergents or abrasive materials.
Recipe Book
Hot Chocolate (Quantity for two cups)
Ingredients:
- 250 ml Whole milk
- 90 g Dark chocolate flakes
Procedure:
- Pour milk into the jug.
- Add chocolate flakes.
- Close the lid.
- Select the hot chocolate program (SSS).
- Press START/STOP and wait for the program to finish.
Cappuccino (Quantity for two cups)
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Whole milk
- 80 ml Coffee
- 40 ml Short coffee
Procedure:
- Make coffee with a coffee maker and pour into a cup.
- Pour milk into the milk frother jug.
- Close the lid.
- Select the hot milk with dense foam program (SSS).
- Press START/STOP and wait for the program to finish.
- Pour the frothed milk foam over the coffee.
- Add sugar or sweetener as desired.
Iced Espresso Macchiato (Quantity for two cups)
Ingredients:
- 200 ml Whole milk
- 80 ml Coffee
- 4 Ice cubes
Procedure:
- Add ice cubes to 2 cups.
- Make coffee and pour it over the ice in the cups.
- Add sugar or sweetener as desired.
- Pour milk into the milk frother jug.
- Close the lid.
- Select the cold milk with dense foam or light foam program (❄️ / ❄️), depending on desired foam.
- Press START/STOP and wait for the program to finish.
- Pour the frothed milk foam over the coffee and ice.
