Important Safety Instructions
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
- Clear the cleaning area. Remove small objects from the floor and unplug power cords that the appliance may get tangled in. Tuck carpet fringes under the carpet base and lift items such as curtains and tablecloths off the floor.
- If the cleaning area ends at a step or stairs, ensure the appliance can detect the step and will not fall over the edge. A physical barrier can be installed at the edge to prevent the appliance from falling. Ensure that falling over the physical barrier is impossible.
- Use the appliance only as described in this manual. Use only attachments recommended or sold by the manufacturer.
- Ensure that the power supply voltage matches the voltage indicated on the OMNI station.
- FOR INDOOR HOUSEHOLD USE ONLY. Do not use the appliance outdoors, in commercial or industrial premises.
- Use only the original rechargeable battery and OMNI station supplied with the appliance by the manufacturer. Non-rechargeable batteries are prohibited.
- Do not use the appliance without the dustbin and/or filters installed.
- Do not operate the appliance in areas with open flames or fragile objects.
- Do not use or store the appliance in extremely hot or cold environments (below -5°C or above 40°C).
- Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of the body away from any openings and moving parts.
- Do not operate the appliance in a room where a child or infant sleeps.
- Do not use the appliance on wet surfaces or surfaces with standing water.
- Do not allow the appliance to suck up large objects, such as stones, large pieces of paper, or objects that may cause it to clog.
- Do not use the appliance to collect flammable or combustible materials, such as gasoline, printer toner, or copier toner, or in areas where they may be present.
- Do not use the appliance to collect burning or smoking objects, such as cigarettes, matches, hot ash, or anything that may cause a fire.
- Do not place objects into the suction nozzle. Do not use the device if the suction nozzle is blocked. Do not allow dust, lint, hair, etc., to enter the suction nozzle, as this may reduce airflow.
- Try not to damage the power cord. Do not pull the appliance or OMNI station by the power cord, do not pull the power cord through sharp edges or corners. Do not place the power cord under the appliance when it is plugged in. Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent to avoid a hazard.
- Do not use the OMNI station if it is damaged. The power adapter is not repairable and should not be used if it is damaged or defective.
- Do not use the device with a damaged power cord or plug. Do not use the appliance or OMNI station if they are not working properly, have been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or if they have come into contact with water. For safety, repairs must be carried out by the manufacturer or its service agent.
- Before cleaning or performing maintenance on the appliance, turn the power switch to OFF.
- Before cleaning or performing maintenance on the OMNI station, unplug it from the power outlet.
- Remove the appliance from the OMNI station and turn off the appliance's power switch before removing the battery for disposal.
- Before disposing of the appliance, the battery must be removed and disposed of in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Dispose of used batteries in accordance with local laws and regulations.
- Do not incinerate the appliance, even if it is severely damaged. Batteries may explode in case of fire.
- If the OMNI station is not used for a long period, unplug it from the power outlet.
- The appliance should be used in accordance with the instructions provided in this user manual.

30. The robot contains batteries, which can only be replaced by qualified specialists. To replace the robot's battery, contact customer service.
31. If the robot will not be used for a long period, turn it off for storage and disconnect the OMNI station.
32. WARNING: Use only the detachable power adapter CH2103 supplied with the appliance to charge the battery.
To meet radio frequency exposure requirements during operation, maintain a distance of at least 20 cm from the appliance. It is not recommended to perform operations at a distance exceeding this value to ensure compliance.
The antenna used for this transmitter should not be co-located with any other antenna or transmitter.
Device Updates
Generally, some devices are updated twice a month, but not always so specifically. Some devices, especially those sold more than three years ago, will only be updated if a critical vulnerability is discovered and fixed.

Proper Disposal of This Product
This marking indicates that this appliance should not be disposed of with other household waste throughout the EU. To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, recycle it responsibly to promote the sustainable reuse of material resources. To recycle your used appliance, use return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was purchased. They can safely recycle this product.
Remote monitoring is intended solely for private use in private enclosed spaces for exclusive self-protection and unified management. Be aware of local data protection legal obligations when using it. The absence of video surveillance in public places, especially with clandestine intent and/or from employers, without justified reasons. Notes Before Cleaning
Clear the cleaning area, placing furniture such as chairs in the correct position.
For the first use, open the doors of all rooms so that DEEBOT can travel throughout your home.
To prevent the appliance from falling, a physical barrier can be installed at the edge.
Ensure that the work areas are well lit so that the visual recognition sensor works properly. Remove power cords and small objects from the floor to ensure efficient cleaning.
To improve cleaning efficiency, remove items from the floor, including cords, slippers, and mats.
Wipe the AIVI visual recognition sensor and TrueMapping distance sensor with a clean cloth; do not use detergent or cleaning spray.
Before using the product on a carpet with fringed edges, tuck the edges under the carpet.
Do not stand in narrow spaces, such as corridors, and do not block the detection sensor.
Quick Start Guide
Before using DEEBOT, remove all protective films or strips on DEEBOT and the OMNI station.
Install the Side Brush
Ensure the color of the side brush matches the color of the mounting slot.
ECOVACS HOME App
To use all available functions, it is recommended to control DEEBOT via the ECOVACS HOME app. Before starting, ensure:
- Your mobile phone is connected to Wi-Fi.
- Your router has wireless signal enabled in the 2.4 GHz or 2.4/5 GHz band.
- The Wi-Fi indicator on DEEBOT is blinking slowly.

Wi-Fi Connection
Before setting up Wi-Fi, ensure that DEEBOT, your mobile phone, and your Wi-Fi network meet the following requirements.
DEEBOT and Mobile Phone Requirements
- DEEBOT is fully charged and the DEEBOT power switch is turned ON.
- The Wi-Fi status indicator is blinking slowly.
- Turn off your mobile phone's cellular data (you can turn it back on after setup).
Wi-Fi Network Requirements
- You are using a mixed 2.4 GHz or 2.4/5 GHz network.
- Your router supports 802.11b/g/n and IPv protocols.
- Do not use a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or proxy server.
- Do not use a hidden network.
- WPA and WPA2 with TKIP, PSK, AES/CCMP encryption.
- WEP EAP (Enterprise Authentication Protocol) is not supported.
- Use Wi-Fi channels 1-11 in North America and channels 1-13 outside North America (refer to your local regulatory authority).
- If you are using a network extender/repeater, the network name (SSID) and password must be the same as your main network.
Please note that to enable intelligent functions such as remote start, voice interaction, 2D/3D map display and control, and personalized cleaning (depending on different products), users are required to download and use the ECOVACS HOME app, which is constantly updated. You must agree to our Privacy Policy and User Agreement before we can process your basic and necessary information and enable you to operate the product. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy and User Agreement, some of the aforementioned intelligent functions may not be realized through the ECOVACS HOME app, but you can still use the basic functions of this product for manual control.
Charging DEEBOT
1. Assemble the OMNI Station
2. Position the OMNI Station
Do not allow foreign objects or reflective surfaces to come into contact with the station.
- Clearance: > 0.5m (1.64') on both sides, > 1.5m (4.92') in front.
* If there are reflective objects near the station, such as mirrors and reflective guides, their lower part up to 14 cm must be covered. Do not place the station in direct sunlight. It is recommended to place the station on a hard floor to fully utilize the robot's functions.
3. Fill the Clean Water Tank
Note: It is recommended to use ECOVACS DEEBOT cleaning solution (sold separately). Using other cleaning solutions may cause DEEBOT to slip, block the water tank, and cause other problems.
4. Power ON
Note: I = ON, O = OFF. DEEBOT cannot be charged when the power is off.
5. Charge DEEBOT
It is recommended to start cleaning the station with DEEBOT. Do not move the station during cleaning.
Operating DEEBOT
When creating a map for the first time, follow DEEBOT's instructions to resolve minor issues. For example, DEEBOT may get stuck under furniture. Refer to the following solutions:
- If possible, lift furniture; cover the bottom of the furniture; use the app to set a virtual boundary.
1. Start
Press DEEBOT or the OMNI station to start.
Notes: 1. For the first cleaning, ensure DEEBOT is fully charged. 2. It is not recommended to install floor mopping pads during the first cleaning.
2. Pause/Resume
Press DEEBOT or the OMNI station to pause.
Note: When DEEBOT is not operating, it is recommended to keep it powered on and charging.
Note: The indicator will turn off after the robot pauses for a few minutes. Press the AUTO (automatic mode) button on DEEBOT to wake it up.
3. Return to Station
Press and hold for 3 seconds to end the current task. Press to recall DEEBOT back to the OMNI station.
Note: When DEEBOT is not working, it is recommended to keep it powered on and charging.
4. Child Lock ON/OFF
If the child lock is enabled, the buttons on DEEBOT and the station will be disabled for safety. Repeat the same step to disable the child lock.
Wet Mopping
1. The water tank can be automatically refilled via the OMNI station.
2. Do not use the wet mopping function on carpets.

Press DEEBOT or the OMNI station to start wet mopping.

Notes: 1. To extend the life of the water tank, do not frequently remove the reusable mopping pads. 2. Do not use cloths or other items to comb the mopping pad plates. 3. When the ECOVACS HOME app prompts to replace the mopping supplies, replace them in time. For more accessories, see the ECOVACS HOME app or visit: https://www.ecovacs.com/global.
Omni Station Operations
1. Start/Pause DEEBOT

Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, turn off the robot and disconnect the OMNI station.
The robot cleaning multi-tool is provided for easier maintenance. Handle this cleaning tool with care as it has sharp edges.

Dust Bag Maintenance
Before performing cleaning and maintenance operations, turn off the robot and disconnect the OMNI station.
1. Discard the dust bag
* Hold the handle to remove the dust bag, which can effectively prevent dust from escaping.
2. Wipe the dust collection bin with a dry cloth and insert a new dust bag.
