DEEBOT is not within the range of the home Wi-Fi signal. Ensure DEEBOT is within the range of your home Wi-Fi signal.
DEEBOT is not in configuration mode. Ensure DEEBOT is connected to power and turned ON. Open the cover and press the RESET button. DEEBOT will enter configuration mode when you hear a voice prompt.
Incorrect app installed. Download and install the ECOVACS HOME app.
Mixed 2.4 GHz or 2.4/5 GHz network is not used. DEEBOT does not support 5G. Use a mixed 2.4 GHz or 2.4/5 GHz network.
2 Map lost. DEEBOT was moved during cleaning, which may cause the map to be lost. Move DEEBOT to the front of the station to retrieve the map. Find the restored map in the "Map Settings" window and click "Use this map" to use it. If the problem persists after trying the above solutions, restart the mapping process.
3 Cannot create a furniture map in the app. Mopping pads were used during cleaning, which may cause the map to be lost. Auto-cleaning was not completed. When cleaning, do not move DEEBOT as much as possible. After cleaning, ensure DEEBOT automatically returns to the station.
DEEBOT does not start cleaning from the station. DEEBOT should start cleaning from the station. Ensure DEEBOT starts cleaning from the station.
4 DEEBOT side brushes detach during operation. Side brushes are installed incorrectly. When attaching the side brushes, you should hear a click.
5 Signal not found. Cannot return to station. Station installed incorrectly. Position the station correctly according to the instructions in the "Charging DEEBOT" section.
Station is turned off or manually moved. Check if the station is connected to power. Do not move the dock manually.
6 DEEBOT returns to the station before cleaning is complete. DEEBOT needs to return for charging because the room is large and DEEBOT needs to recharge. Enable continuous cleaning. For more details, please follow the app instructions.
DEEBOT cannot reach some areas blocked by furniture or partitions. Clear the area that needs cleaning by rearranging furniture and small items.
DEEBOT is not powered on. Turn on DEEBOT. Turn on DEEBOT.
7 DEEBOT is not charging. DEEBOT is too far from the station. If the distance is too far, the ECOVACS HOME app can also be used to operate DEEBOT.
DEEBOT and station are not paired. Unplug the station, wait 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Turn off the robot and turn it back on. Manually push the robot to the station and ensure the charging contacts are properly connected. DEEBOT will then start charging, and you will hear a voice prompt indicating successful pairing.
Station is not connected to power. Ensure the power cord is securely connected to the station.
Battery will recharge if DEEBOT is not used for a long time. It is recommended to use DEEBOT regularly. If the battery is not charging due to prolonged downtime, contact support.

9 DEEBOT gets stuck during operation and stops. DEEBOT is tangled in something on the floor (e.g., electrical cords, curtains, carpet edges, etc.). DEEBOT will try to free itself in various ways. If unsuccessful, manually remove the obstacle and restart it.
DEEBOT may get stuck under furniture with a similar height gap. Install a physical barrier or set up a virtual wall in the ECOVACS HOME app.
10 During cleaning, DEEBOT appears to deviate from the route, shift course, clean repeatedly, or miss small areas. (If there is a large area that was temporarily not swept, DEEBOT will handle it itself. Sometimes DEEBOT re-enters a cleaned area to find a missed spot). Objects such as wires and slippers on the ground affect normal operation. Before cleaning, remove scattered wires, slippers, and other objects on the ground. Minimize the number of scattered items on the floor. If there is a missed spot, DEEBOT will automatically fix it without intervention (e.g., by moving DEEBOT or blocking the route).
Drive wheels may slip on the floor when DEEBOT climbs steps, thresholds, and door sills, affecting its overall home mapping. Operate on freshly waxed and polished floors or smooth tiles, which provide less friction between the drive wheels and the floor. Wait for the wax to dry before cleaning.
Some areas may not be cleaned due to various home conditions. Tidy up the home so DEEBOT can enter for cleaning.
TrueMapping distance sensor is dirty or blocked by foreign objects. Wipe the TrueMapping distance sensor with a soft, clean cloth or remove foreign objects.
11 Video manager cannot be opened or has no screen. Wi-Fi connection failure. Check Wi-Fi connection status. DEEBOT must be in an area with a good Wi-Fi signal to enable the video manager.
Video manager is not authorized. Before using the robot, check your agreement to the privacy policy.
Due to network delay, you cannot open the video manager temporarily. Try again later.
12 Delay in remote control. AIVI visual recognition sensor is blocked. Remove the protective cover.

Dust bag is not installed on the station. Install the dust bag and close the dust collection bin. Install the dust bag and close the dust collection bin.
Manually returning DEEBOT to the station may prevent the auto-empty function from activating. It is recommended to let DEEBOT return to the station on its own. Do not move it manually.
DEEBOT automatically returns to the station in video manager mode. DEEBOT will not perform the cleaning task and will empty dust in video manager mode. This is normal behavior, please be assured.
DEEBOT does not empty dust in "Do Not Disturb" mode after returning to the station. Cancel "Do Not Disturb" mode in the ECOVACS HOME app or manually activate the dust emptying function.
15 Failed to empty dust from the dustbin. Station detects reduced suction efficiency. Replace the dustbin according to the "Maintenance" section and close the dust collection bin. If the dust bag is not full when prompted by the app, it can be returned.
