IKEA Loyalty Offer – $25 off per $250 spent

Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion: During the Promotional Period, IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members making purchases of the following minimum spend blocks (after any applicable discounts are applied) will receive the indicated discount:

2. Promoter: The Promoter is IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. For IKEA Loyalty Members only: This Promotion is only available to customers with IKEA Family membership or IKEA Business Network members (IKEA Loyalty Member) who identify with their membership at the POS (Point of Sale) registers / terminals in-store, or when IKEA Loyalty Member membership details are provided when shopping online or on the official IKEA Australia smart device application.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period starts at 12:00am (Sydney Time) on 24 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm (Sydney Time) on 19 May 2025.
5. Exclusions: The Promotion is not applicable to any of the following products:
- Any products from the IKEA Kitchen range: including IKEA kitchen cabinets, fronts, fixed interiors, worktops, wall panels, taps, sinks and sink accessories, freestanding kitchens, modular kitchens, handles, ovens, microwaves, combination, hobs, rangehoods, fridges, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, filters, and kitchen accessories including the METOD, ENHET and KNOXHULT systems, and all knobs and handles.
- Any products from the IKEA Wardrobe range: including IKEA wardrobe system frames, fixed interiors, doors, drawer fronts, and wardrobe accessories including the PAX and PLATSA systems, and all knobs and handles.
- Any products from the IKEA Chest of Drawers range as listed on the IKEA category page: IKEA Chest of Drawers.
- Any IKEA services (such as picking, delivery, assembly, installation, custom stone, takeback/recycling, planning and interior design services).
- Any IKEA Gift Card purchases.
- Any IKEA Food products from the Swedish Restaurant, Swedish Café, Bistro or Swedish Food Market.
6. In-store redemption: For the Promotion to apply to the relevant purchases in-store, one of the below methods must be used:
- Assisted purchase (Remote shopping): IKEA Loyalty Members must provide their membership details to the sales co-worker creating their order and organising delivery.
- Payment at POS Terminal: IKEA Loyalty Members must scan their Loyalty Member membership details or enter their verified mobile number at the point of checkout before finalising their purchase.
- Payment at check-out (with an IKEA Sales Co-worker): IKEA Loyalty Members must provide their membership details to the sales co-worker assisting at the POS register before the transaction is finalised.
The Promotion will be automatically applied when qualifying items have been added/scanned and once the threshold minimum spend amount is exceeded within a single transaction.
7. Online redemption: For the Promotion to apply to the relevant purchases online, Eligible members must sign into their IKEA Loyalty account or insert their IKEA Loyalty membership number in the requested field online and/or via the IKEA App before finalising their purchase.
8. Availability and stock limit: All items are advertised in good faith to be available at time of the offer. However, unforeseen problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. The Promotion is valid while stocks last (sorry no rain checks). Please note availability of stock varies between stores and online and not all products will be available in stores and online.
9. Only one offer a time: The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other special, discount, promotional offer or IKEA Loyalty member offers unless otherwise stated.
10. Promotion may be used multiple times within the same transaction: The Promotion is stackable and may be utilised multiple times within a single transaction (a discount of $50 will be applied by IKEA for a spend of $500 on qualifying purchases etc).
11. Returns: All return of product(s) from Qualifying Purchase are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. The maximum refund for each product is the amount of the returned product less the pro-rata discount received.
12. No transfer or cash redemption: The discount is not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Validation and Verification: Eligibility to the Promotion will be subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. The Promoter's decision is final.
14. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. No withdrawal notification will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 14).
15. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services including (but not limited to) eligibility and the Promotional Period. Customers shall review these Terms and Conditions on a regular basis for updates before commencing their transaction. No changes will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 15).
16. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of all prices and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges. No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated to the Customer (should the Promoter exercise their right under this Clause 16).
17. Limitation of Liability: The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained because of any participation in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
18. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
