IKEA Loyalty Member Offer – 10% off selected METOD kitchens

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion: During the Promotional Period, IKEA Loyalty Members will receive 10% off on the current retail price of selected IKEA METOD Kitchens. This applies to:
   • In-store purchases at IKEA Logan and IKEA North Lakes.
   • Remote shopping payments for delivery to any Queensland-based postcode or selected Northern N.S.W. postcodes.
2. Promoter: IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. Eligibility: This Promotion is available to IKEA Family Members and IKEA Business account holders (IKEA Loyalty Members) who identify their membership to the IKEA Kitchen Specialist during their planning appointment before completing their transaction.
4. Promotion Period: The offer is valid from 12:00am (Sydney time) on Tuesday, 25 March 2025, to 11:59pm (Sydney time) on Monday, 31 March 2025.
5. Qualifying Purchases: The Promotion applies to the following product ranges:
   • METOD kitchen system: Includes cabinets, kitchen fronts, cover panels, plinths, deco strips, drawers, pull-out larders, carrousels, kitchen worktops, kitchen wall panels, integrated waste sorting, kitchen taps, sinks, sink accessories, knobs, and handles.
   • Appliances: Includes ovens, microwave ovens, combination ovens, hobs, extractor hoods and accessories, fridges, fridges/freezers, dishwashers, and other appliance accessories.
6. Exclusions: The Promotion does not apply to:
   • Home furniture and furnishing range (e.g., SNURRAD storage turntable).
   • IKEA services (e.g., picking, delivery, assembly, installation, custom stone benchtop fabrication, takeback/recycling, planning, interior design services).
7. In-store Promotion (Logan & North Lakes): The discount is applied via a code provided by the IKEA Kitchen Specialist during the planning appointment and redeemed at payment. The official IKEA Australia smart device application cannot be used for redemption in-store.
8. Remote Shopping (QLD & Northern NSW): Delivery must be to a Queensland postcode (starting with '4') or a Northern N.S.W. postcode listed in Annexure A. The discount is applied via a code from the virtual IKEA Kitchen planning appointment and redeemed at payment.
9. Availability: Items are advertised in good faith. Stock availability is subject to demand; the promotion is valid while stocks last.
10. Offer Combinations: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other special, discount, promotional offer, or IKEA Family/Business Network member offers, unless stated otherwise.
11. Returns: Returns are subject to IKEA's Returns and Exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Refunds will be pro-rata, reflecting the discount received.
12. Non-transferable: The discount is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
13. Validation: Eligibility is subject to the Promoter's validation and verification checks. The Promoter's decision is final.
14. Right to Withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period. A withdrawal will not be individually communicated to the Customer.
15. Right to Change: The Promoter reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or services. Customers should review updates before transacting. No changes will be individually communicated.
16. Right to Correct and Adjust: IKEA reserves the right to correct any errors in prices and descriptions, and adjust prices/charges (including GST, customs duty). No corrections or adjustments will be individually communicated.
17. Limitation of Liability: IKEA shall not be liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury sustained from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
18. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales.
