Keep hot foods fresher for longer with this temperature and humidity controlled merchandiser. The airflow pattern is designed to maintain consistent temperature and humidity around foods and prevent drying, which also enables the unit to recover temperature quickly after doors are opened/closed.

EDM-1K (Single Door)
Features:
- Server-side easy access swing door
- 4-tier round rack continuously rotates - rotation stops when door is opened
- Each shelf fits up to 18" diameter pan

EDM-1PT (Double Door)
