Important Safety Information

General Warnings:

⚠ Always remove batteries before storing the product.
The light source in this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire must be replaced.
⚠ Only use a safety transformer with a SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage) output as a power supply for this product.
Only use batteries that are intended for the product. Do not mix old and new batteries, or batteries of different brands or types.
Batteries are sold separately. IKEA recommends LADDA rechargeable batteries (2450 mAh, HR6 AA, 1.2V). 3 pieces are required.
⚠ Strangulation Hazard: Never place cords within reach of children in a cot or playpen. Always secure cords to a wall or cabinet. Regularly check that the cord is securely fastened. Pull the cord to remove any slack between fasteners. Tie up any remaining slack cord between the driver and socket.

Assembly and Usage

The ROLFSTORP is an LED lighting fixture designed for various applications, likely under cabinets or shelves.

Installation:

Step 1: Attach mounting brackets. Diagrams show two mounting brackets being attached to the fixture, which are then affixed to a surface.
Step 2: Mount the fixture. The fixture is shown being attached to a surface (e.g., a shelf or cabinet) by sliding or clipping it onto the previously installed brackets. A minimum clearance of 8 cm (3 1/5") is indicated from the top surface. Diagrams show how to align and push the fixture into place.

Powering the Fixture:

The fixture can be powered by batteries or via a USB connection.

Battery Installation:

The fixture requires 3 AA batteries.

USB Connection:

Usage Information (Battery Life & Brightness Control):

The fixture's battery life and brightness can be adjusted.

Brightness Control: Press and hold the switch for approximately 0.5 seconds to turn the light on/off. Press and hold for approximately 1.5 seconds to cycle through brightness levels.
Battery Life: Using IKEA LADDA 2450mAh batteries provides approximately 2 hours of light at the highest brightness, 4 hours at medium brightness, and 12 hours at the lowest brightness.
