Pre-Installation Instruction

• This product will not increase the load capacity of your vehicle.
• Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended weight limit.
• The installation process may require drilling; professional installation is recommended to ensure personal safety.
• All modifications must be installed by qualified personnel and in compliance with your local modification regulations.

Installation Guide

Driver's Side Assembly

A visual representation shows the air spring assembly being mounted to the vehicle's frame and axle. The upper mounting bracket attaches to the frame, and the air spring is positioned between the frame and the axle, secured by lower mounting brackets.

Assembling the Air Spring

This section details the attachment of specific components. The upper bracket block (4) is bolted to the upper mounting bracket (1).

Removing the Jounce Bumper and Placing the Assembly on the Axle

1. Raise the vehicle and support it using safety stands so the axle can be safely dropped away from the frame. The air spring assemblies can then be positioned between the axle and frame.
2. Unbolt and remove the jounce bumper from the frame.
3. Place the assembly on the axle with the legs of the lower bracket on either side of the axle.

Installing the Upper Bracket

Install the upper bracket block (4) and bolt it to the upper mounting bracket (1).

Installing the Lower Bracket

1. Adjust the assembly so that the air spring is perpendicular to the bottom and top mounting brackets without twisting.
2. Install the Lower mounting bracket (2) and Fastening block (5) to the axle with washers and lock nuts, then tighten the nuts.

Installing the Air Lines

1. Cut the air line appropriately and push the hose into the fitting, then pull back to ensure it is locked in place.
2. Install the inflatable valve in a selected location, usually on the license plate at the rear of the vehicle.

Check Air Tightness

• Put some air into the air spring bag and then spray a soapy solution on all connections and valves while checking for exiting air bubbles.
