The charging base has a polarized plug. If it does not fit the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not alter the plug.

Installation & Charging

Fully charge the appliance before first use.

Installation:

  1. Insert the handle vertically into the port on the top of the appliance until it clicks.
  2. To disassemble, insert a hard object into the indicated hole to press the contacts and pull the handle upwards simultaneously.

Charging:

  1. Place the charging base against a wall on level ground and connect it to a power source.
  2. Place the appliance on the charging base. Charging is complete when the screen shows 100%.

Connecting with Dreamehome App

Setup:

  1. Scan the QR code on the appliance or search "Dreamehome" in your app store to download and install the app.
  2. Briefly press the power switch to turn on the appliance.
  3. Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button on the back of the appliance to set up Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi indicator will pulse white, and a voice prompt will say, "Waiting for the network configuration".
  4. Open the Dreamehome app and scan the appliance's QR code again to add the device. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Wi-Fi connection.

Factory Reset: Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button and the self-cleaning button for 3 seconds.

Starting Cleaning

Steps:

  1. Pull the clean water tank handle to remove it.
  2. Open the tank cover and fill with clean water.
  3. Reinstall the clean water tank until it clicks.
  4. Step on the floor brush and recline the appliance backwards. Briefly press the power switch to start/stop.
  5. The appliance can lie flat at a 180-degree angle for cleaning under low-profile furniture.
  6. Briefly press the mode switch to change modes as needed.

Cleaning Solution Section

WARNING: Use only Dreame Trading (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd. HFF5 cleaning solution.

  1. Remove the seal before use.
  2. Measure cleaner using the bottle cap (approx. 10 ml / 0.34 fl oz per cap).
  3. Pour into the Clean Water Tank and shake gently to mix.

Maintenance & Cleaning

Emptying the Used Water Tank:

  1. Pull the used water tank handle to remove it.
  2. Lift the handle of the used water tank cover and pull the cover out.
  3. Lift the solid waste filter basket and dispose of solid waste.
  4. Pour out dirty water, rinse the tank, and clean red filter meshes with the cleaning brush.
  5. Reinstall the cover by pressing the handle and inserting it into the tank.
  6. Insert the bottom of the tank into the main body, tilting until it clicks.

Self-Cleaning with Hot Water & Drying Mode:

  1. Place the appliance on the base. Ensure sufficient clean water.
  2. Upon first startup, briefly press the self-cleaning button to activate default immersive self-cleaning with hot water and smart drying. Access other modes or drying settings via the Dreamehome App.
  3. After self-cleaning, the appliance automatically enters drying mode. Promptly empty the used water tank.

Mode Switching: Press briefly after app configuration to switch between standard and deep-clean modes via voice prompts. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter independent drying mode. Press briefly in drying mode to exit.

Care & Maintenance

Tips:

Cleaning Steps:

  1. Empty dirty water, remove and rinse the filter, tank, tank cover, and solid waste filter basket.
  2. Gently remove floating dust from the filter. Rinse if dirty.
  3. After fully drying the filter, reinstall it into the used water tank cover, then insert the cover into the tank.
  4. Gently wipe the tube with a damp cloth (do not rinse).
  5. Insert the bottom of the tank into the main body, tilting until it clicks.
  6. Press the roller brush cover release button inward to remove the cover.
  7. Pull up the roller brush handle to remove the roller brush.
  8. Remove hair/debris from the roller brush with the cleaning brush. Rinse the roller brush with clean water.
  9. Wipe the suction inlet with a dry or damp cloth. Do not rinse the brush assembly.
  10. After fully drying the roller brush, reinstall it by holding the handle.
  11. Flip the brush roller cover, pull out the lifting robotic arm, and push the scraper left to remove it.
  12. Rinse the scraper with clean water.
  13. After fully drying the scraper, align and push it right to reinstall.
  14. Align the brush cover with the brush and press down until it clicks.

Troubleshooting

If an error occurs, the appliance will stop working. Refer to the table below. Contact customer service if problems persist.

Battery Disposal and Removal

The built-in lithium-ion battery contains hazardous substances. It must be removed by qualified technicians and disposed of at a recycling facility.

Removal Guide:

  1. Remove screw plug and screw at the top rear of the appliance.
  2. Use a proper tool to remove the display assembly and disconnect cables.
  3. Remove all screws from the body.
  4. Remove screws from the battery pack assembly and then the battery cover.
  5. Disconnect battery connector cables and remove the battery.
