Important Safety Instructions
When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed. Read all instructions before use to avoid electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

- Do not expose to fire or excessive temperatures (above 130°C / 266°F).
- Charge within the specified temperature range.
- Have servicing performed by qualified personnel using identical replacement parts.
- Do not modify or attempt to repair the appliance yourself.
- Always turn off the appliance before cleaning and maintenance.
- Use only Dreame Trading (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd. approved cleaning fluids.
- This appliance contains non-replaceable batteries.

The charging base has a polarized plug. If it does not fit the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not alter the plug.

Installation & Charging
Fully charge the appliance before first use.
Installation:
- Insert the handle vertically into the port on the top of the appliance until it clicks.
- To disassemble, insert a hard object into the indicated hole to press the contacts and pull the handle upwards simultaneously.
Charging:
- Place the charging base against a wall on level ground and connect it to a power source.
- Place the appliance on the charging base. Charging is complete when the screen shows 100%.
Notes:
- If idle for 10 minutes after full charge, the appliance enters sleep mode. Restart to use.
- The battery cools down automatically after prolonged use to extend its lifespan.
Connecting with Dreamehome App
Setup:
- Scan the QR code on the appliance or search "Dreamehome" in your app store to download and install the app.
- Briefly press the power switch to turn on the appliance.
- Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button on the back of the appliance to set up Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi indicator will pulse white, and a voice prompt will say, "Waiting for the network configuration".
- Open the Dreamehome app and scan the appliance's QR code again to add the device. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Wi-Fi connection.
Factory Reset: Press and hold the voice prompt/Wi-Fi button and the self-cleaning button for 3 seconds.
Notes:
- Only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is supported.
- Actual operations may differ from manual instructions due to app software upgrades. Follow current app version instructions.
- The appliance will exit network connection if idle for 10 minutes or if connection fails. Reset Wi-Fi by repeating the steps above.
Starting Cleaning
Steps:
- Pull the clean water tank handle to remove it.
- Open the tank cover and fill with clean water.
- Reinstall the clean water tank until it clicks.
- Step on the floor brush and recline the appliance backwards. Briefly press the power switch to start/stop.
- The appliance can lie flat at a 180-degree angle for cleaning under low-profile furniture.
- Briefly press the mode switch to change modes as needed.
Notes:
- Do not vacuum foamy liquids.
- The appliance will remain upright while running.
- Suitable for hard floors (marble, tiles, etc.).
- Do not lift or move the appliance while operating to prevent dirty water from flowing back into the motor.
Cleaning Solution Section
WARNING: Use only Dreame Trading (Tianjin) Co.,Ltd. HFF5 cleaning solution.
- Remove the seal before use.
- Measure cleaner using the bottle cap (approx. 10 ml / 0.34 fl oz per cap).
- Pour into the Clean Water Tank and shake gently to mix.
Note: Only use officially approved cleaners. Available on the official online store.
Display Screen Indicators & Meanings
The display screen shows:
- Smart Mode: Detects stain level and adjusts suction power and water flow.
- Hot Water Mode: For moderate stains, gradually increases water temperature.
- Custom Mode: Adjust suction power, water volume, etc., via the APP.
- Suction Mode: For picking up large amounts of water.
- Self-Cleaning Mode

- Orange Breathing: Battery ≤ 20% (charging)
- Green Breathing: Battery > 20% (charging)
- Solid Green: Fully charged

- Insufficient water in clean water tank: Fill the clean water tank.
- Used water tank is full: Empty the used water tank.
- Roller brush stuck: Clean the roller brush with the provided brush.
- Blocked tube: Clean the tube and dirt sensor.
- Roller brush and tube dirty: Place appliance back on base for self-cleaning.
Maintenance & Cleaning
Emptying the Used Water Tank:
- Pull the used water tank handle to remove it.
- Lift the handle of the used water tank cover and pull the cover out.
- Lift the solid waste filter basket and dispose of solid waste.
- Pour out dirty water, rinse the tank, and clean red filter meshes with the cleaning brush.
- Reinstall the cover by pressing the handle and inserting it into the tank.
- Insert the bottom of the tank into the main body, tilting until it clicks.
Self-Cleaning with Hot Water & Drying Mode:
- Place the appliance on the base. Ensure sufficient clean water.
- Upon first startup, briefly press the self-cleaning button to activate default immersive self-cleaning with hot water and smart drying. Access other modes or drying settings via the Dreamehome App.
- After self-cleaning, the appliance automatically enters drying mode. Promptly empty the used water tank.
Mode Switching: Press briefly after app configuration to switch between standard and deep-clean modes via voice prompts. Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter independent drying mode. Press briefly in drying mode to exit.
Notes:
- Self-cleaning requires the appliance to be charging with battery level > 20%.
- Do not touch the roller brush, hot water, or heating module during hot water self-cleaning.
Care & Maintenance
Tips:
- Turn off the appliance before maintenance.
- Replace parts with manufacturer-approved ones.
- For long-term storage: fully charge, unplug, store in a cool, low-humidity environment away from direct sunlight. Recharge at least every 3 months to prevent deep discharge.
Cleaning Steps:
- Empty dirty water, remove and rinse the filter, tank, tank cover, and solid waste filter basket.
- Gently remove floating dust from the filter. Rinse if dirty.
- After fully drying the filter, reinstall it into the used water tank cover, then insert the cover into the tank.
- Gently wipe the tube with a damp cloth (do not rinse).
- Insert the bottom of the tank into the main body, tilting until it clicks.
- Press the roller brush cover release button inward to remove the cover.
- Pull up the roller brush handle to remove the roller brush.
- Remove hair/debris from the roller brush with the cleaning brush. Rinse the roller brush with clean water.
- Wipe the suction inlet with a dry or damp cloth. Do not rinse the brush assembly.
- After fully drying the roller brush, reinstall it by holding the handle.
- Flip the brush roller cover, pull out the lifting robotic arm, and push the scraper left to remove it.
- Rinse the scraper with clean water.
- After fully drying the scraper, align and push it right to reinstall.
- Align the brush cover with the brush and press down until it clicks.
Notes:
- Replace filter every 3-6 months.
- Clean as needed. Replace brush roller every 3-6 months.
Troubleshooting
If an error occurs, the appliance will stop working. Refer to the table below. Contact customer service if problems persist.

Battery Disposal and Removal
The built-in lithium-ion battery contains hazardous substances. It must be removed by qualified technicians and disposed of at a recycling facility.
Removal Guide:
- Remove screw plug and screw at the top rear of the appliance.
- Use a proper tool to remove the display assembly and disconnect cables.
- Remove all screws from the body.
- Remove screws from the battery pack assembly and then the battery cover.
- Disconnect battery connector cables and remove the battery.
CAUTION:
- Disconnect power and run out battery before removal.
- Dispose of unneeded batteries at an appropriate recycling facility.
- Do not expose to high temperatures to avoid explosion risks.
- If battery liquid leaks, flush with water and seek medical help.
Warranty
Dreame is liable for material or workmanship defects not detectable at purchase.
Warranty period varies by region; consult customer service. Local regulations prevail.
Warranty is void if:
- Issues arise from carelessness, misuse, or installation not complying with instructions.
