Bluetooth Pairing
Follow these steps to pair your JLab GO WORK headphones via Bluetooth:
- Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings.
- Hold the button on the headphones for 8 seconds. Release. The lights will flash blue/red.
- Select "JLab GO Work" in your device settings to connect.
Multipoint (Connect 2 Devices Simultaneously)
- When the FIRST device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in its device settings. The GO Work headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth Pairing mode.
- Enter your SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to GO Work.
- Enter your FIRST device's settings. Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect to GO Work.

Button Functions
Volume & Track Control
- Volume Up: Press once
- Track Forward: Press and hold for +2 seconds
- Volume Down: Press once
- Track Backward: Press and hold for +2 seconds
Power & Calls
- Power On/Off: Press and hold for +2 seconds
- Play/Pause Calls/Answer/End Call: Press once
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for +1 second
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Double press
- Be Aware Mode On/Off: Triple press (while on a call)
Other Functions
- Bluetooth Pairing: Refer to the Bluetooth Pairing section.
- EQ / Music Switch: Press and hold both volume buttons simultaneously.
Microphone
- Boom Microphone: Can be rotated left or right.
- Microphone Mute On/Off: (Functionality not explicitly detailed by button, but a mute feature exists for the boom mic).
Charging
Connect the headphones to a computer or a USB 5v 1A (or less) output device using the provided cable.
Note: The GO Work headphones can charge simultaneously while connected via Bluetooth. After charging, turn on the headphones and connect the device.
AUX Input
The GO Work headphones can be used as wired headphones with an AUX cable.
Note: The headphones will continue to use a limited amount of battery for the microphones to function even when connected via AUX.
Caution
- Prevent moisture or liquid from entering the headphone housing.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, pulling the cable quickly or with excessive force, or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Dirt may accumulate in the headphone cups and degrade sound quality. To improve sound quality, carefully remove dirt with a cotton swab or another small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinuing use temporarily.
- If you experience regular discomfort while using this product, stop use and consult your doctor.
- We recommend storing your headphones in a safe place when not in use, treating them like a pair of sunglasses.
