Troubleshooting
Problem | Response |
---|---|
The appliance does not turn on | Ensure all assembly indicators (on the bowl lid, in the bowl, in the blender jar, and in the motor unit) are aligned. |
The appliance stops working suddenly | The bowl lid may have come loose during heavy processing. Close the lid securely. The appliance will resume operation immediately. The processing task is too heavy. Turn the control knob to OFF to switch off the appliance and unplug it from the power outlet. Then, let the appliance cool down to ambient temperature, reassemble it, and turn it on again. Process smaller batches. |
The appliance motor works but the citrus juicer cone does not rotate | Check if you have correctly placed the tool holder and the citrus press. Check if you have correctly placed the sieve for the citrus press (the sieve indication matches the container handle). |
Can I clean all removable parts in the dishwasher? | Yes, except for the motor unit and the blade unit's protective cover. |
What does "pulse" mean? | When you press the Pulse button, the appliance will operate at its maximum speed while you hold the button down. It is recommended to use the Pulse button if you want greater control over the processing, for example, when chopping. |
Can I pour boiling ingredients into the blender jar? | No, let liquids or ingredients cool down to 80°C to avoid damaging the accessories. |
Why does the motor give off an unpleasant odor during processing? | It is very common for a new appliance to give off an unpleasant odor or emit some smoke the first few times it is used. This phenomenon will disappear after you have used the appliance several times. The appliance may also give off an unpleasant odor or emit smoke if it has been used for too long. In that case, turn off the appliance and let it cool down for 60 minutes. |
What should I do if the blade unit or motor gets blocked during processing? | Turn off the appliance and use a spatula to dislodge the ingredients blocking the blade unit. It is also recommended to process a smaller quantity. |
What to do if the blender has leaks? | Turn off the appliance and pour out the ingredients. Then, remove the blade unit interface. Check if the sealing ring has been correctly mounted on the blade unit. |
Why does the ice function not work? | If you want to use the ice button, first turn the control knob to the ON position. Then, press the ice button. |
