How to Use

Chopping Blade

  1. Place the Processing Bowl onto the Housing Base. The angle between the handle and the main body's safety switch should be approximately 55 degrees. Ensure the main body is on a flat surface and stable.
  2. Hold the Processing Bowl handle and turn it clockwise onto the Housing Base. When the arrow on the bowl aligns with the base or a "click" sound is heard, the bowl is locked.
  3. Place the Robot Spindle into the Processing Bowl.
  4. Attach the Double Chopping Blade to the Robot Spindle.
  5. Add food ingredients (Max 500g) into the Processing Bowl.
  6. Place the Lid for Container with the Large Pusher onto the Processing Bowl. Turn the lid clockwise until it locks with a "click" sound.

Remarks:

  • Ensure the chopping blade is placed first before adding food to avoid difficult assembly.
  • Lock the processing bowl, lid, and large pusher securely in place.
  • Do not chop hard foods like coffee beans or ice cubes, as this may crack the bowl or dull the blade.
  • Do not exceed the maximum fill line to avoid poor results or damage to the machine.
  • Unplug the machine if food gets blocked, then remove it.

Troubleshooting

ProblemResponse
Appliance not turning on.Ensure all assembly indications (on bowl lid, bowl, mixer jar, and motor unit) are aligned.
Appliance suddenly stops working. The bowl lid may come off during heavy processing. Close the lid correctly. The appliance will resume operation. If processing is too heavy, turn the control dial to OFF, unplug the appliance, and let it cool down. Place appliance and turn it on again. Process smaller batches.
Motor runs but citrus juicer cone does not turn.Check if the knife holder and citrus juicer are inserted correctly. Check if the citrus juicer sieve is fixed correctly (indication on sieve points to bowl handle).
Can I clean removable parts in the dishwasher?Yes, except for the motor unit and blade unit protection cap.
What does "pulse" mean? When you press the Pulse button, the appliance operates at maximum speed as long as you press the button. Pulse is recommended for more control, e.g., during chopping.
Can I pour boiling hot ingredients into the mixer? No, let liquids or ingredients cool down to 80°C to avoid damaging accessories.
Why does the motor produce an unpleasant odor during processing? It is common for a new appliance to emit an unpleasant odor or smoke during first use. This will stop after a few uses. It may also happen if used for too long. In this case, turn off the appliance and let it cool for 60 minutes.
What to do if the blade unit or motor is blocked during processing?Turn off the appliance and use a spatula to dislodge ingredients blocking the blade unit. Process smaller quantities.
What if the mixer leaks?Turn off the appliance and pour out ingredients. Remove the blade unit interface. Check if the sealing washer is correctly assembled on the blade unit.
Why does the ice function not work?To use the ice function, first turn the control dial to ON. Then, press the ice button.
