TCL Digital Signage Quick Setup Guide
Models: TMN (TM43N/TM55N/TM65N/TM75N), TBN (TB43N/TB55N/TB65N / TB75N)
Introduction
This guide provides a quick setup for TCL's TMN and TBN series digital signage displays. Please read the instructions carefully and keep them for future reference. For more details, visit the TCL website to download the user manual: https://www.tcl.com/global/en/digital-signage/download.

Device Appearance and Operation
The device features a remote sensor for operation with the included remote control. Ensure the remote control is pointed towards the sensor for optimal performance.
Remote Sensor Range:
- On-Screen Sensor: 2.5m to 4m distance, up to 30° left/right angle.
- Bottom Sensor: 7m to 10m distance, up to 30° left/right angle.
The device also has a power button and a key box. The key box can extend from the bottom of the product without affecting the power button's functionality.
Important: Using other display devices with the same remote control in the same space may lead to unintentional control of those devices.
Wall Mounting
Follow these steps for wall mounting:
- Remove screws from the mounting holes on the rear cover mount. (Note: Some models may have two, four, or no screws.)
- Use VESA screws (M6x16, provided with mount) to secure the mount to the device's top VESA holes.
- Hang the device on the wall according to the mount instructions.

Fault Analysis and Troubleshooting
HDMI Failure
- Check if the HDMI connection cable is properly plugged in or re-plug it.
- Verify if the external device's resolution meets the display's requirements.
No Picture, No Sound
- Check if the power outlet switch is on.
- Ensure proper connection of the power line.
- Check the signal source.
Image Has Messy Ripples
Often caused by local interference (e.g., cars, fluorescent lamps, hair dryers).
No Color
A black screen in computer mode might be due to unrecognized resolution. Change to the optimal resolution or standard Windows resolutions.
Normal Picture, No Sound
Check if the volume is muted. Press the volume + key or adjust volume in system settings.
Sound But No Picture
Adjust the brightness settings.
Spark Interference
Black dots, horizontal stripes, or image sway/flap can be caused by ignition systems, neon lights, electric drills, or other electronic devices.
