Indicator Lights

App Connection Status

Visuals show the indicator light. Solid white blinking indicates waiting for app connection. Solid white indicates successful connection.

Recording Status

Visuals show the indicator light. Solid red indicates recording is ON. Red light off indicates recording is OFF.

Battery Status (short press button)

Visuals show the indicator light. A short press of the button triggers the display. Solid white for 5 seconds means Battery > 10%. Solid purple blinking for 5 seconds means Battery < 10%.

Charging Status

Visuals show the indicator light. Solid green means Battery = 100%. Solid purple means Battery is charging.

Storage Status

Visuals show the indicator light. Flashing yellow indicates storage is full.

Getting Started: Quick Guide

Step 1: Download the App

Visuals show the Plaud Note device and phone screens with App Store and Google Play icons. Search for the "Plaud" app in the App Store or Google Play and install it.

Step 2: Create Account

Create your PLAUD account.

Step 3: Wake Up Device

Briefly press the recording button to wake up the PLAUD NOTE. A white indicator light will turn on, signaling that the PLAUD NOTE is ready to connect to your account.

Step 4: Pair Device

Open the PLAUD app and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the pairing process.

Starting Recording

Note Recording Mode: A diagram shows the Plaud Note with a switch. Switching the mode selector down selects note recording mode.

Call Recording Mode: A diagram shows the Plaud Note with a switch. Switching the mode selector up selects call recording mode.

Important Note: To record phone calls, ensure the PLAUD NOTE is in PHONE CALL recording mode and is securely attached to the back of your phone using the provided MagSafe case.

Start Recording: A diagram shows the Plaud Note button. Press and hold the recording button for 1 second until you feel one vibration, indicating recording has started.

Stop Recording: A diagram shows the Plaud Note button. Press and hold the recording button for 1 second until you feel two vibrations, indicating recording has stopped.
