Download the PLAUD App to activate PLAUD NOTE upon first use.

Get the PLAUD App

To begin, search for "PLAUD" in the App Store or Google Play to download the PLAUD App. Once downloaded, create your PLAUD Account.

PLAUD NOTE Device Overview

The PLAUD NOTE is a compact audio recording device. Key components are identified as:

1. Indicator Light (?): Displays the device's status.
2. Recording Mode Switch: A physical switch to select between 'NOTE Recording Mode' (toggle down) and 'PHONE CALL Recording Mode' (toggle up).
3. Record Button: Used to wake up the device and initiate/stop recordings.
4. Charging Port: For powering and charging the device.
5. MagSafe Case: An accessory designed to attach the PLAUD NOTE to the back of a smartphone using MagSafe technology.
6. MagSafe Ring: A component integrated with the MagSafe system for secure attachment.

Quick Start Guide

Step 1: Download and Account Creation

Search for "PLAUD" in the App Store or Google Play to download the PLAUD App. Create your PLAUD Account.

Step 2: Wake Up and Prepare for Binding

Short-press the record button on your PLAUD NOTE to wake it up. A white light illuminating indicates that the device is ready to be bound to your account.

Step 3: Bind PLAUD NOTE to Your Account

Open the PLAUD App on your smartphone and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the binding process.

Starting and Ending Recordings

Recording Modes

NOTE Recording Mode: Toggle the switch downwards to activate this mode for general audio notes.

PHONE CALL Recording Mode: Toggle the switch upwards to activate this mode for recording phone conversations.

Important Note: When recording phone calls, ensure your PLAUD NOTE is set to PHONE CALL recording mode and is securely attached to the back of your phone using the provided MagSafe Case.

How to Start a Recording

Long-press the record button for 1 second. You will feel one vibration, indicating that the recording has begun.

How to End a Recording

While recording, long-press the record button for 1 second. You will feel two vibrations, indicating that the recording has ended.
