- Cleaning long-pile carpets may cause the air outlet to become blocked. Stop the device if excessive foam or dirty water is produced, and empty the dirty water tank before continuing.
- Do not use a foaming cleaner.
- Ensure users (including children) are supervised when using the device.
- Do not use with substances like pesticides, hair dyes, or lubricants.
- Do not use to pick up flammable materials or cigarette butts.
- Do not use to pick up oil, hot air, or dry dust.
- Do not use if the hose is broken; avoid kinking, crushing, or pulling it forcefully.
- Do not block the air outlet to avoid affecting heat dissipation. Stop use if there is any unusual noise or smell.
- Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the device yourself.
- Do not use in heavy wind or rain.
- Do not immerse the device in water or liquids to avoid fire or electric shock hazards.
- Do not use to pick up potentially infectious dust.
- Do not use without the dirty water tank in place.
- If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent, or similarly qualified persons to avoid hazards.
Steam/Hot Water Burn Precautions
⚠️ Please be aware of the risk of burns. Avoid spraying the product directly onto people or animals. Using hot water or steam will generate high temperatures. It is not recommended to direct liquids or steam towards appliances containing electrical components, such as the internal parts of ovens.
Child Safety Information
This device can be used by children aged 8 years and above, as well as persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or those lacking experience and knowledge, provided they are supervised and instructed on safe use and understand the associated risks. Children are prohibited from playing with the device. Cleaning and maintenance by children are prohibited without supervision.
The device can be used normally at a frequency of less than 50 or 60 Hz, and no frequency adjustment is required.
Power Cord Usage
- Clean the plug periodically.

Installation
Installing Holders
Insert the hose holder and handle holder into the main unit until they click into place securely.
Installing Hose and Steam Brush
Insert the steam brush into the handle until it makes a clicking sound. Insert one end of the hose into the main unit until it clicks securely, then attach the handle to its holder.
How to Use
Filling the Clean Water Tank
Remove the clean water tank from the main unit. Remove the lid of the clean water tank. Fill the tank with water up to the "MAX" line indicated on it.
Starting Cleaning
Connect the power cord to the electrical outlet. Select the desired cleaning mode on the touchscreen, then press the "Power" button to start the main unit. Aim the device nozzle towards the dirty area, then press the "Water/Steam" button to spray water or steam. To temporarily pause the spray, press the "Water/Steam" button again. To turn off the device, press the "Power" button. The device will continue to run for a few seconds after being paused or turned off to prevent dirty water buildup inside.
Notes on Modes
- Steam Only: To clean with steam only, press the "Steam Only" button. After preparation is complete, press the "Water/Steam" button to begin.
- Hot Water: To clean with hot water, press the "Hot Water" button. After preparation is complete, press the "Water/Steam" button to begin.
- Steam & Vacuum: To clean with steam and vacuum, press the "Steam & Vacuum" button. After preparation is complete, press the "Water/Steam" button to begin.
- Cold Water: To clean with cold water, press the "Cold Water" button, then press the "Water/Steam" button to begin.
Warnings
When using the Steam or Hot Water modes, there is a risk of burns. Ensure the brush head is directed downwards during use and avoid spraying directly towards people or animals. Do not direct liquids or steam towards appliances containing electrical components. Steam and hot water preparation takes time. If you press the "Water/Steam" button before preparation is complete, the indicator light will illuminate, but no steam or hot water will dispense.
Using Accessories
Press the brush release button to remove the steam brush, then attach the appropriate accessory to the end of the extension hose until it clicks securely.

Care and Maintenance
Tips
- Turn off the device before maintenance. Do not touch the power switch.
- Replace parts if necessary. Parts must be replaced with those available from the manufacturer or a service agent.
Cleaning the Hose
While the device is running, hold the nozzle near a clean surface or table, then press the "Water/Steam" button to clean the internal hose.
Cleaning the Steam Brush
Open the steam brush cover and rinse it thoroughly with water.
Emptying and Cleaning the Dirty Water Tank
- Remove the dirty water tank from the main unit, then empty it. Rinse it with clean water.
- Wipe the device with a dry cloth or damp tissue.
