Safety Instructions

  • Please use the correct power supply voltage, and use the power plug with ground wire.
  • Never share the power supply with other high-power appliances. This machine is only used indoors.
  • In order to avoid the danger of electric shock, do not immerse this machine, power plug or power cord in water or other liquids.
  • This machine must be monitored in the whole process of use, and it is not allowed to operate unsupervised.
  • Please unplug the power supply when adding water to the water tank. Do not inject too much water to avoid overflowing.
  • You can't pull the plug out of the socket, but you should catch the plug and gently pull it out of the socket.
  • Do not inject hot water or corrosive detergent into the water tank, otherwise it will damage the machine. It is recommended to use water without minerals.
  • Don't run the machine when using dangerous power supply or the machine is damaged. To avoid electric shock, don't try to disassemble the machine. Send the machine to qualified maintenance personnel for inspection and repair. Do not disassemble, repair and replace the electrical appliances by yourself, so as not to cause fire danger, contact with electricity or personal injury when using the electrical appliances.
  • When this machine is working, high-temperature steam will be ejected from the steam panel. Please pay attention to safety. In order to reduce the risk of scalding caused by the steam sprayed from the contact steam port, do not aim the steam at people, pets or plants when using the product.
  • This machine is not recommended for people with physical sensory, mental or activity disabilities (including children), or people who lack experience and related knowledge to use this machine unless they get clear instructions from their guardians to use this machine safely.
  • Unplug the power plug after use and store the product in a cool, dry room.
  • Please don't use the steam cleaner for other purposes.
  • If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its maintenance department or professionals in similar departments; If the fuse, heating system and other components are damaged or can't work normally, it also needs professional replacement.
  • Please don't use the steam cleaner with wet hands or bare feet.
  • It is forbidden to immerse wires, plugs or appliances in water or other liquids to avoid the danger of electric shock.
  • Please don't pull the wire when unplugging, and don't use the wire as a handle.
  • It is forbidden to run this product in the area with explosion danger.
  • It is forbidden to put anything into the steam nozzle. If the steam nozzle is blocked, stop using it.
  • It is forbidden to put your hands or feet near the nozzle of the steam cleaner to avoid burns.
  • Please don't use it on or near toxic materials, because steam or dust may cause harm to health.
  • As long as the steam starts to release, it is impossible to separate the accessories.
  • When separating accessories, hot water may drip out. Please cool the product before proceeding.
  • Please properly handle the packaging materials, plug sheath and other small items of this product to keep it away from the baby, so as to avoid accidents caused by eating by mistake.
  • At the beginning of use, there may be a slight smell until the product reaches a stable heat. When not in use, place the product on a hard, flat, stable and dry surface.
  • In order to maintain the performance of the steam cleaner, we suggest that you regularly remove the blockage caused by dust, fluff and hair.
  • After use, press the steam button before storage to ensure that the remaining steam is discharged.
  • It is recommended to use pure water without adding any detergent.
  • Please be sure to hold and hold the handle position of the host by hand during use to prevent the host from falling during use.

The steam cleaner comprises several key parts: a water tank for holding water, a handle for comfortable grip, a display screen to show operational status, a steam nozzle from which steam is emitted, a silicone plug/water inlet for filling the tank, and a power cord for electrical connection.

Instructions

First Debugging

  1. Before the first use, please confirm whether the products and accessories are intact.
  2. When the steam cleaner is used for the first time, it needs a short start-up time. At first, the steam sprayed may be irregular and humid, and a few drops of water may overflow. The amount of steam sprayed will increase, reaching the maximum in about one minute.

Installation and Separation of Accessories

Accessories are installed by inserting the open end into the steam nozzle or extension pipe and locking it by turning clockwise. To unlock, turn counter-clockwise.

Warning: During use, the nozzle and local peripheral surfaces are hot to prevent scalding.

Note on specific installations: When installing the long pipe, the steam adapter should be installed first.

Usage Guidelines

Add Water

  1. Open the water tank plug and rotate it by a certain angle so that the water injection port is completely exposed.
  2. With the water injection port upward, use a suitable water container to aim at the water inlet of the water tank and pour a proper amount of water.
  3. Close the water tank plug to restore the initial state.

Function Declaration

Standby State: Plug in the power supply; the child lock indicator flashes.

Unlock: Press and hold the child lock key [lock-unlock-symbol] for 3 seconds. The child lock indicator changes from flashing to a constant light.

Start Machine: Press the power button [power-button].

Adjust Steam Size: Press the steam key. The steam output has three gears:

  • First gear: Green light indicator.
  • Second gear: Blue light indicator.
  • Third gear: Red light indicator.

All three gears require a 20-second preheat before steam is emitted. The fourth gear is neutral, indicated by all three steam indicator lights turning off. The cycle repeats.

Return to Child Lock: Press the power button and then the child lock button. It takes 3 seconds to start the machine.

The display screen shows the steam quantity.

Fault Analysis and Elimination

The product does not spray steam.

  1. Confirm whether the power supply is connected.
  2. Check whether the power supply and steam button are in the open position.
  3. Check the water level in the water tank.
  4. Ask professionals to check and repair.

The product is blocked by scale.

The indicator light is not on.

  1. Confirm whether the power supply is connected.
  2. Ask a professional to check the maintenance.

Important Note: Cut off the power supply and unplug the power supply before troubleshooting.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  1. Before cleaning, please ensure the product is turned off, the power supply is unplugged, and the product and accessories are cooled.
  2. After use, please empty the remaining water in the water tank and store the product in a dry place.
  3. Please ensure that the equipment and accessories are completely dry before storage.
  4. After the product is cooled, hot steam may condense into water droplets on the extended steam hose. This is a normal phenomenon and must be completely dried.
  5. Wash any cloth covers thoroughly with a mild cleaning agent and let them dry completely before further use or storage.
  6. Keep products and accessories out of the reach of children.
  7. Do not use hard or sharp objects to clean products or other parts to avoid damage.
  8. Clean the machine and other accessories with a soft wet cloth, and then dry the product with a dry soft cloth.
  9. If the product is not used for a long time, you can disassemble it according to the disassembly procedure.
