Connect the Seat Pad to the Seat Back using the two Elastic Loops, fitting them over the Attachment Tabs near the top harness slots (Figure 12). (Diagram shows the Seat Pad flap being looped over the Seat Back and connected with elastic loops to attachment tabs.)
Step 13: Attach Seat Pad (Bottom)
Attach the bottom of the Seat Pad to the Seat Base using the two Elastic loops located at the rear of the Seat Pad. These fit over the Attachment Tabs on the Seat Base near where the Seat Back and Seat Base join (Figure 13). (Diagram shows the bottom of the Seat Pad being attached to the Seat Base with elastic loops.)
Step 14: Thread Harness Straps
Thread the non-buckle end of the Harness Straps (Harness Attachment Tabs) through the provided slots in the Seat Fabric, Seat Insert, Seat Back, and Seat Base (Figure 14). Rotate the Harness Attachment Tabs 90 degrees once through the slots to ensure straps are firmly in place.
