Product Installation
Follow these steps to install the EJEAS Q2 on your helmet:
- Step 1: Attach the main unit to the helmet using the provided adhesive mount or clip. Diagrams show two methods for helmet attachment.
- Step 2: Connect the microphone and the earphone speakers to the main unit.
- Step 3: Route the cables along the helmet and secure them using the included clips or adhesive guides. Diagrams show cable routing.
- Step 4: Securely attach the main unit to the helmet mount.
- Step 5: The installation is complete.
Product Operations
Operation Diagram
Understand the different button press actions:
- Single-click: A brief press of a button.
- Double-click: Pressing a button twice in quick succession.
- Long press for 5s: Press and hold a button for approximately 5 seconds.
- Simultaneous click: Pressing multiple buttons at the same time.
Basic Operations
Power ON/OFF
Please charge the device before use.
- To turn ON: Press and hold the for approximately 1 second. You will hear a prompt tone. The device enters standby mode with a slow flashing blue light.
- To turn OFF: Press the and simultaneously. The lights will turn off.
Battery Level
Check the battery status:
- Press and hold the for approximately 3 seconds.
- The device will announce the battery level: "Battery Level High", "Battery Level Medium", or "Battery Level Low".
Status Indicators
Low Battery Indication
When the battery is low, the red light flashes twice, and you will hear the prompt "Low Battery".
Charging Indication
- Charging: The indicator light is constantly red.
- Full Charge: The red light turns off.
Volume Control
FM and intercom can be used at the same time.
- Intercom / Calling / Music / FM: Use the and buttons to adjust the volume.
- Simultaneous Use: When Intercom & FM are used simultaneously, the and buttons control the FM volume.
Factory Reset
To restore the device to its default settings:
- Long press the , , and simultaneously for 5 seconds.
- The red and blue lights will quickly flash four times simultaneously. You will hear the prompt "Restore Default Setting".
Bluetooth Intercom
Intercom Pairing
- Long press the for 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode.
- Lights: Red and blue lights flash fast alternately. Prompt: "Intercom Pairing".
- The device will search and pair.
- Upon successful pairing, you will hear "Intercom Pairing Successful".
- Once connected, you can start communication.
Intercom Reconnection
The device will prompt "Intercom Connected" when reconnected.
Intercom Disconnection
To disconnect the intercom, press the "Intercom Disconnected".

Pairing of Other Bluetooth Devices
This function may not be compatible with all Bluetooth headsets or intercoms on the market.
- Step 1: Long press the "Intercom Pairing". for 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode. Lights: Red and blue flash fast alternately. Prompt:
- Step 2: Click the "Intercom Searching". to enter Bluetooth search mode. Lights: Red and blue flash twice alternatively. Prompt:
- Step 3: Put your other Bluetooth device into its Bluetooth search mode. (Note: Supports HFP protocol).
- Pairing is successful. Prompt: "Intercom Pairing Successful".
Bluetooth Pairing (Phone)
Phone Pairing
- Step 1: Long press the "Phone Pairing". (If no phone is connected, it will exit pairing mode after 2 minutes). for 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode. Lights: Red & blue flash fast alternately. Prompt:
- Step 2: Open your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for "Q2", and pair with the device.
- Pairing is successful. The blue light flashes slowly. Prompt: "Pairing Successful, Connected".
- The current power level will be shown on your phone (requires phone to support HFP).
Phone Reconnection
The device will automatically connect back to the last paired phone when turned on.
Mobile Phone - Answer a Call
The device supports auto-answering calls within 8 seconds if no operation is performed.
Call Management
Reject a Call
To reject an incoming call, press and hold the

When listening to music, FM, or intercom, and a phone call is received, the call will take priority. After the call ends, the previous audio source will be restored.
Voice Assistant
Your phone must support and have the voice assistant (e.g., Google Assistant & Siri) enabled.
- Turn on the voice assistant on your phone.
- Long press the for 1 second.
Music Control
- Music Play/Pause: Press and hold the for 2 seconds.
- Music Switching:
- Next Track: Long press the button for 2 seconds. (Indicated by a forward arrow ➡️).
- Previous Track: Long press the button for 2 seconds. (Indicated by a backward arrow ⬅️).
FM Radio
FM frequency range: 76~108MHz. Auto search and radio, intercom, and radio can work at the same time.
FM ON/OFF
- To open FM: Double click the "FM Radio". . The blue light will be on for 4 seconds. A quick double flash of the red light indicates an error or issue. Prompt:

Frequency Switching
- Frequency -: Long press the button for 2 seconds. (Indicated by a backward arrow ⬅️).
- Frequency +: Long press the button for 2 seconds. (Indicated by a forward arrow ➡️).

EUC Pairing
- Step 1: Clear EUC pairing record: Long press both the and button of the EUC for 5 seconds. Lights: Red and Blue lights consistently on.
- Step 2: Pair EUC: Long press both the "Remote Control Pairing". and button for 5 seconds. Lights: Red and blue lights flash alternately and quickly. Prompt:
- Step 3: Click any key on the EUC to complete the pairing.
- Pairing is successful. Prompt: "Pairing Successful". (If the EUC cannot be successfully paired within 2 minutes, it will automatically exit the pairing mode.)
FM ON/OFF (for EUC)
