Operation of Intercom
The V6 supports communication among up to six riders, with two riders able to talk simultaneously. One main device can be paired with up to five sub-devices (A, B, C, D, E). The main device can switch between communicating with these sub-devices by pressing the corresponding MOTOR/B/C/D/E buttons.
Note: The main device cannot communicate with all five sub-devices at the same time; it can only connect to one at a time. The five sub-devices cannot communicate with each other.
Pairing with Devices:
- Pairing with A device: Long press the MOTOR buttons of the main device and A device for 5 seconds. Both devices will flash red and blue lights. Once found, they initiate pairing. The blue light flashes quickly, then slowly, indicating a successful connection. To pair the next sub-device, disconnect the current one by pressing the MOTOR buttons first.
- Pairing with B device: Long press the B buttons of the main device and B device for 5 seconds. Similar to A device pairing, they flash red and blue, initiate pairing, and indicate connection with flashing blue lights.
- Pairing with C, D, E devices: These devices follow the same pairing procedure as devices A and B, using their respective C, D, and E buttons.
Simplified Pairing: The MOTOR/B/C/D/E buttons on the main device are used for pairing with the corresponding buttons on the five sub-devices. After pairing, press the respective buttons on the main device to connect and talk with the sub-devices.
Example: To talk to sub-device A, press the MOTOR button on the main device. To talk to sub-device B, press the B button on the main device.
Note: For subsequent uses, simply click the relevant button (MOTOR/B/C/D/E) on the main device to connect and talk without needing to re-pair.
Precautions for Use
- Install correctly. Ensure the headphone jack is fully inserted, especially during rain, to prevent water ingress.
- Use the standard charger to ensure battery longevity.
- For riding safety, listening to music is not recommended while riding.
- Avoid manually operating the device buttons while riding to maintain focus on safety.
- For optimal communication distance, use the device in open areas.
