Important Safety Instructions
For indoor use only. Regularly check the cord, the transformer and all other parts for damage. If any part is damaged, the product should not be used. Keep these instructions for future use.
The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminaire shall be destroyed. The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable; when the light source reaches its end of life the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
ONLY USE A SAFETY TRANSFORMER WITH A SELV OUTPUT AS A SUPPLY FOR THE PRODUCT. Use only IKEA LED drivers suited for this product. The total wattage of the lamps connected to one LED driver must not exceed the maximum power stated on that LED driver and never more than 30W.
Strangulation Hazard Warning
WARNING: Strangulation hazard. NEVER place cord within reach of a child in a cot or playpen. ALWAYS secure cord to wall or cabinet. Check regularly that the cord is securely fastened. Pull the cord to remove any slack between fasteners. Tie up any remaining slack cord between driver and socket.
Assembly Steps
Follow these steps to assemble and install the MITTLED LED kitchen drawer light:
- Attach the mounting bracket (part 21) to the desired surface (e.g., drawer or cabinet) using the provided screws (4x).
- Connect the LED driver (part 22) and the power cord (part 23) to the MITTLED light fixture (part 1).
- Clip the MITTLED light fixture (part 1) onto the mounted bracket (part 21).
- Secure the power cord (part 23) to the wall or cabinet using the provided cord fasteners (also labeled 23 in diagrams) to prevent slack and the risk of strangulation. Ensure the cord is taut between fasteners and between the driver and socket.
